returns were free and easy, good experience
i found these guys through instagram, an influencer i follow was promoting their items.
they're slightly on the pricier side but i think it's worth it as my package arrived in 10 days to the UK and their returns were free and easy. i liked this since other online shops i've bought from before asked me to pay for returns which was quite annoying.
i bought 3 things and 1 was too big on me so i asked to return it. got my refund in a few days of posting the item back.
would shop again!

Our products never actually come from marketplace websites like AliExpress, as we work directly with factories that meet our quality standards.
We ensure that our kind customers receive a reliable, predictable, and dependable service. We manage our inventory entirely privately in our own warehouses, impose stringent quality inspections and offer free no-questions-asked returns in their local countries of residence.
Our founders created Nightcity Clothing because they found it difficult to find this kind of style with mainstream retailers. Like other companies e.g. YesStyle, Princess Polly, Urban Outfitters, we don’t create our own products but instead, work with a multitude of factories (known as "fashion merchandising") and spend a lot of time and effort to curate a range of products that fit the niche and aesthetic for our customers. In this way, we recognize that somewhat similar products can be found elsewhere in online marketplaces.
We are working on including better-known labels into our range but sadly as we are a very small company just starting out, this is difficult.

Love the Clothing 🥰
I’ve been on the website a couple of times and there were quite a lot of clothing to choose from, though most items are sold out it’s worth the wait! I’ve bought two tops from NightCity and the fabric are top notched, it arrive with no problems and customer service is extremely informative and helpful!
The only thing I don’t like would be the sizing as some clothing only have up to medium and not large 😭

No need to worry …
I was a bit dubious about ordering online from a company I hadn’t heard of, but my daughter insisted she LOVED the leather jacket and had to have it. She even said she’d pay for it, so we decided to give it a go…. Well what can I say other than fabulous. Although delivery isn’t super quick, it arrived before the due date. The quality was good, but what swayed it for me was the customer service team. They replied to my queries quickly and had a personal touch, I wasn’t speaking to s robot. I felt that even if there was an issue with my order it would be sorted quickly. Keep up the good work, my daughter is already talking to her friends about your clothes.
