Ordered thermal monocular and a torch
Ordered thermal monocular and a torch, next day. Two days later after finalising credit was told out of stock 3-4 month lead time, offered an upgrade at discount, transferred to ware where I was told I should've looked at stock before ordering and that they wouldn't give any discount, won't be using them again, unprofessional retailer.
Edited to add...I was told by your team that I could have a discount on the higher spec, only to be told by you that you weren't prepared to do it, speak to your team, and that fact there's no apology or anything says it all.

I'm sorry you are not happy with your experience with us, but as explained on the phone, it was clearly marked on our website that the item you ordered was not in stock and that the order you were placing was for "back order". It is mentioned in several prominent places before you placed your order.
Unfortunately we can't offer any discount on items purchased through finance, as stated on our website. Profit margins are very low on Pulsar equipment and the fees we pay when someone takes finance makes it not viable to offer a discount.
I'm sorry you feel like we behaved in an unprofessional manner, if we do make a mistake, we always do our best to put it right, but in this case there was no error on our part. As you can see from other reviews on Trust Pilot we are always praised for our excellent customer service.
