Ordered the heat and viper bridge combo. Shipped and was delivered in a timely manner. Packaging and instructions were very professional. Honestly I’m pretty impressed with the unit. I bought them to have something for my kids to play with but I’m impressed with the quality even compared to some of my much higher priced thermal and analog night vision units.

I thought I ordered the viper/thermal combo to get the free mount, turns out it was a picture of the combo to buy the viper only with combo bridge…ffs! If you only selling the viper then don’t put the thermal in the picture, very misleading. Simple fix, I pony up to buy the Heat separate…for 300 more than it would have been for the combo…do I get the free mount now, ffs not a chance! These guys wouldn’t be able to know what customer service looks like if they used a viper and thermal to locate it!

The Heat and Viper work well individually but when I pair them they don’t sync in my vision. Hard to explain but it’s hard for my eyes to focus since they don’t overlap in my sight line. Also, I was billed on the day I ordered BUT I didn’t receive my order for almost a month.

Everything was as represented! Delivery was prompt! Price was good!

Im missing half my order, delivery took weeks, makes sense as i did order during Christmas however when i received my package the box was all beat up. They said they were based in Canada but package came somewhere in China and they haven't responded to any of my calls or my emails

Shipping was a little slower than expected but all parts arrived in good shape and seem to fit together well.

I have not received my full order I got the night but not the heat and the mounting brackets was cracked!!

I ordered a thermal/viper kit plus a helmet and helmet mount. I received everything except for the night vision goggles. There is no support phone so I had to email support to let them know. I didn’t get a response for quite sometime, when they finally got back to me they said I didn’t order what I said. It cost me $750 for the goggles so I argued the fact. I finally got my order yesterday. The whole experience could have been better is support had a phone number so you could talk to a person and immediately get everything smoothed out

If the app reminded customer BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED with this Purchase & gave a 2nd chance to order at end..that's all

Poor customer service, still haven't reached out about a order i purchased that i didn’t receive everything. Wont tell me if im getting reimbursed or items missing replaced. Left a terrible taste in my mouth. Will not be using this company in the future.

For the most part great product. Little more instructions for all the parts and what there used for.

Do not buy this is a scam. I ordered the Viper heat combo. I only received the viper. I contacted customer service and they said I only ordered the viper. My order clearly shows viper heat combo. They will not correct. Stay away from this company.

I am happy for what iv'e got for the Price and i realy had a good carrying from the Night Operators for m'y delivery package.

Don’t buy the heat/viper. It doesn’t do heat at all. Advertisement is misleading! Also you need to buy their battery.

Product is cheap and hardware doesn't work great. Overall the biggest complaint is spending over $300 and not even having a good tracking number. Save your money for something better from a better company.
