Great prices

I havent yet received the product with the expected shipping delay but the custom service with updates has been exceptional! I can’t wait to receive the package

Never received the product. After waiting about a month, USPS sent me a message saying the package was undeliverable due to "counterfeit postage".

Great company and great experience all around.

They never sent me my order! I placed an order from this company on February 11th, 2026. The website states a 5-10 business day shipping. I contacted the company email on February 21st, 2026 since I hadn’t received any shipping info. The company replied stating the items wouldn’t ship until after 02-24 due to a holiday. It is now 02-28 and still no shipping update. I emailed back requesting a refund on all items and still have not received a reply.

Heat/Viper
Only the IR unit showed up. This seems to be a Chinese scam. Don't waste your hard earned money like I did.

I ordered two units that work decently, even though it took 2 months to receive them. The problem is they don't have the bridge unit to connect them together. I paid for the bridge, but they refunded the money. I have emailed at least 5 times with no reply.

Great first real thermal device I tried !

Do not purchase from this site . It is missleading and false advertising. I ordered the combo and only recievedthe night vision and have tried to reach customer service to no avail. Your better off ordering from temu.

Awesome product for its price, nothing can compare with it on this price range . Modified it with j arm on helmet for airsoft use .

Excellent price for a quality product

I like the Viper/Heat combo optics. It’s not as good as the Fusion 3.0 but decent for helmet mounted night optics. It’s not water resistant. The rubber eye cups fall off all the time. The buttons are in a very inconvenient position and hard to manipulate when using the optics. I ordered the aluminum optics to helmet mount but got another plastic one. It sucks. I’ve ordered other items at other times and have had problems getting what I ordered. It’s a decent entry level night and thermal optic system at a value price but could be improved with modified details at about the same price point.

The night vision scopes (thermal and infrared) are phenomenal. I could never have imagined such a high quality product at such an affordable price. I’m on Team Night Operators!!!

I was really impressed with the quality of the NV and also the aluminum helmet bracket. It only took a couple weeks to receive my order too.

Quality of the product for the price I think punches well above its weight class. The company is clearly listening to what their clients are saying and asking for. I’d definitely recommend Night Operators for someone looking for a solid budget NVG set.
