Great products and service.

Even through the shipping delays due to the warehouse relocation as well as international shipping issues the company has stayed in constant contact with me to keep me up to date on all concerns as well as went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and happy.

Still haven't received it. Ordered in February. However the response to my query's have been very vigilant. I understand that it's not easy running a business that sends around the world. It hasn't deterred me from future purchases.

right after I placed my order, there were shipping issues not just with night operators But with a lot of other tactical gear companies. during the shipping outages night operators always kept great communication offering email updates within 8 hours of reaching out to them. along with multiple chances to cancel and receive full refunds of my order. it’s their Communication and straightforwardness with the shipping delays that I’m giving them a four star and not a 1 or 2 this kind of customer service is not found at many companies. they will have my continued business because of this experience.

I needed these Night ops so I looked the company up found them and made my order. Three weeks later it still hasn’t shipped. I highly recommend you find somebody else to buy your night ops from.
When I questioned about my order, they canceled it. Horrible company.

Even though there we some delays in shipping, (not due to the fault of them), they were honest and upfront about the delays, ensuring to answer any and all questions quickly. Their A.I system is actually comprehensive, and if it cannot help you will immediately elevate your ticket to the appropriate channels, who will once again be swift to alleviate any headaches or curiosities. I have not fully recieved my orders ( I had several at once) but what I have recieved is top notch build quality, robust design, and ease of mind throughout the entire process. I plan to do a more comprehensive review on the Viper/Heat kit when it arrives, But the mounts and all other hardware including their previous iterations and the fusion kit i have either used, tested, or had tested by someone within my team. Would 100% recommend.

The product was amazing, but the customer service was not good. maybe it was just a bad day for the guys that work there but idk. the goggle is super good tho

I am a little disappointed as the shipping time has been pretty long. However, night operators has sent me weekly updates as to the shipping delays and status which is nice. I am excited to receive this product and hopeful that I will enjoy it.

The quality of the product is premium. I go on my adventures with confidence in my gear. The standard of service is impressive for the budget friendly investor. I do recommend that you test your gear as often as u can.

Today is March 10 I did not receive my package. Keep emailing me telling me it’s on the way. Today it says that my package has arrived. It is not at my front door. It’s not at my side door. I like to find out where it is. I have the tracking number which I will send to you. I have photos of everything that we discussed and my package

I bought the viper kitx2 and i haven’t got it yet but the reviews and videos made them look practical for my applications so i bought them. I can’t wait to see how they actually work and post an unbiased review on here and a video on my youtube channel as well

Customer service is horrendous, they take days of asking to get back to you if they ever do. I was promised a mount and have yet to recieve it or proper tracking for my order and not a soul has answered my current email.

Shipping took forever and did not receive full order still don’t know when or what to expect for full order delivery. Completely disappointed!!!!! No communication whatsoever

Did not receive my order and its been a month

This is the second time I have ordered from Night Operators.
Both times I have waited numerous months, before any items are delivered with little to no correspondence for at least a month before the delivery process.
Items are good quality for the money, however their courier service/ delivery needs reviewing

Have only received my helmet and rhino mount. Goggles have not arrived
