I bought from them in fall and let me tell you, this is the best investment you will ever make! I absolutely love these things and use them constantly for airsoft and other milsim events and I cannot recommend these enough because of how useful and fun they are. They are very high quality which is surprising for the low price. Customer support was also very consistent in giving updates and very polite. The shipper made a mistake so it was delayed and never came. Emailed them and they made it right very quickly. Very friendly and I would trust them pulling in.

best night vision I've seen, tested them in the middle of the day and you don't get blinded like other types, plus they are cheaper, though I wish there was a better way to setup a monocle nvg without the bar but that's just me being nit picky love the ir flash light as well.

It is exactly as advertised, which is quite rare nowadays. The night vision and the thermal worked perfectly all the time. On two occasions I dropped it, but still works like new. I’m just disappointed that I bought mine just before the new viper. I would have preferred to buy the combo turbo and night vision. But overall, totally worth the price, shipping was lightning fast, and I have only positive experience with you guys so far.

I’ve bought some of the original thermals and I have been in love with them since, I have had them for over a year and even now it works flawlessly. I tend to go on night hikes with friends and it is so much fun to use them out in the forest we use them to play hide and seek and see what kind of animals we can see never disappoints!

I bought NVGs ($200) for my spouse and I received a nail care kit. Emailing them did not help because they just tell me that my package has been delivered, but I'm trying to explain that it is not the right item. They don't even sell a nail kit on their site. I'm afraid I got scammed out of 200 bucks.

Ordered on 11/28/25 and product has not arrived as of 1/7/26. Night Operators blames their preferred shipping company, SpeedX; a company with no working telephone number and an AI Chatbot that does nothing but issue the same, non-personal email response. Night Operators refuses to take responsibility or to engage their shipping company in support of their customers. I lost $649.00 and am going to take legal action immediately. SCAM!

Doesn’t seem like a good company at all. Received the fusion for a Christmas present. Wasn’t the set up we were looking for so emailed the company. Told them the product is still in box unopened can I ship it back and up pay for the one I want… we don’t do exchanges was the reply. Trying the fusion with coyotes this evening, not near as good a distance as they advertise. Disappointed with product so far.

The item didn’t arrive, and they don’t reply. that tells you to be away from this pseudo well single AI driven person completely fake company. This is all a big scam. Get away from this and don’t buy.
