Order came as expected. Everything is good

I ordered 2 products from this company. They allowed the shipping company to leave my order outside a closed company in a strip mall. They even provided pictures of same. They are now refusing to contact the shipping company or to deliver the products to a different address. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Further, as big as they make the company appear, one would think they would not be using a “gmail.com” email address.

Received my order within a week and i ordered the viper 4.0, works as advertised! Great beginners nvg. Truely is a 1:1 ratio 1x magnification, would be great for night air soft and maybe even night hunting... maybe. But for the price its hard to beat. Got mine for $199

SCAM! Placed order over 3 weeks ago and never received the order. Customer service is useless and will keep giving excuses.

You‘ll never recieve your order or get a refund. Customer Service doesn‘t answer.

Their refund policy is designed so that you lose out. It's a fraudulent company that dropship Ali express night vision with their $100 admin fee attached.

Just ordered a Fusion 3.0 and it works great. Zero complaints about the camera itself. Though there should be an option to buy protective lens, and the rhino mount should be a little stronger, because it wobbles so hard it constantly looks like it's about to break off.

Customer service isn't responding to fix my issues . I recived a defective order , and reached out to get it fixed or get a partial refund. They never reached back sent several emails.

Its a fun device and works well. Curious why mounting locations for J-arm aren't the same thread as standard J-arms used to mount standard NVG. The buttons are OK, but need a better ergonomic design. I suggest offering a padded cover with hand sling for when not mounted to helmet.
Also, still have not received solar battery...

Purchased almost 2 months ago and haven’t received anything yet. Communication is terrible and unresponsive to update requests. Let no other choice but to dispute charges through my bank. Do not recommend

Scam. Order never received. Legal action taken. The U.S. Attorney General's Office for consumer protection agreed to look into my case because the items are coming from China. They're presently seized by U.S. Customs.

its been a while since i ordered the Fusion 3.0 and I've yet to receive anything in the mail or via email I've checked the tracking still says waiting to be shipped i ordered them mon 12/9/2024 at 3:16 pm i would love to give you my opinions on the fusion but i haven't gotten anything yet the date is currently 1/2/2025

I placed my order on 11/26 prior to Black Friday. To date (12/23) I have not received my order. The merchant claims the item has been shipped but no tracking information is available. I have reached out multiple times giving an opportunities to make this right but they do not appear to be interested in re-shipping the product or refunded my purchase.

I ordered this on Thanksgiving now it's Christmas nothing has arrived they just keep saying check tracking and that shows nothing. Don't trust them spent $600+ on the full set. I need to try get a refund but I think I have lost my money for good.

I have been chasing all the time and they just say check shipping 25 days to ship website states 15 days max.
Nothing 25 days later.
Don't know if I'll receive this really worried I won't get my goods now.
Really bad shipping so no clue if I'll get this now e-mailed them loads of time nothing just check shipping and that shows it's on a plane for 25 days never new a flight takes 25 days .they don't have a warehouse in the USA or Europe only in China

Don't know what to do now.

I bought the 3.0 thermal/night vision. I'm happy with how it functions however the craftsmanship on the monocular itself is kind of crap. It constantly falls apart leaving me stumbling in the dark to pick up the pieces to put it back together & the head strap is prone to releasing and dropping your nvgs any time you do light activity like walking. I'm not upset enough to ask for a refund but I'm not thrilled eather.

I have tested a few of these digital night vision, I also own a gen3 pvs14. This is the best digital nightvision I've tested. The screen is larger, closer to your face, clearer and less laggy. I was actually surprised how good it was. That being said it Is not an anolog night vision so it's not going to be as good as the pvs14, but this is about as close as it gets without spending thousands. Because of the quality of the vision and the small size of the unit for the price im giving it 5 stars

The purchase never came. I have spent 180€ to surprise my son for Christmas and didn’t receive the product I have ordered. I have asked the amount to be refunded but never got a response. This is PURE SCAM! Don’t order at Night Operators! I will now alert the bank and ask them to block this site for the EU.

Pure scam. It's conplete garbage. It's a dropshipped version of a 50$ dummy nightvision from alibaba.com
