I love my night vision binoculars and they are better than some others on the market by far. One of the best purchases I have ever made!

I enjoyed dealing with Night Vision 4 Less. I bought one thermal scope from him and then another for a buddy. They were always easy to get in touch with and always open and honest immediately. I always felt like they cared about my individual order. Whenever my need for another scope arises this is where I will get it from.

I didn't receive what I ordered and what you sent did me no good so I just wasted over a thousand dollars for the man to tell me there's nothing that can be done so I still don't have night vision but would be nice if I could get what I ordered and paid for

I was talked through which night vision would be best for me, given my budget. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Their helpfulness put me at ease spending $5K through a website.

I already knew what I wanted so I got to work trying to research who I wanted to send my money to. I quickly found NightVision4Less had a solid online reputation with high marks on customer service and pretty decent pricing. I called and spoke with Eli who was extremely helpful. He asked all the right questions and made sure I knew what I wanted. The turnaround time was a little longer than I hoped for (one month) but Eli let me know up front that my unit was a hand select model that had to be manufactured in their shop so I was ok with that. When the unit came in, it far exceeded my expectations. It was packaged very nicely with all the accessories and no issues. When I powered it up and tried it for the first time, I was amazed at the image and have to say it was worth every penny. The unit was clear with zero flaws in the tube. The unit can focus sharply down to a few inches to enable a user to read a map or compass or out to infinity to see anything else. The unit seems very rugged, and built into a solid housing. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anybody looking to purchase quality night vision and would have no problems buying from them again.

If you are interested in purchasing a night vision device I highly recommend Night Vision 4 Less as the place to do it! I knew nothing about night vision devices except that I really wanted one, and had reservations about purchasing offline. However it did not take long after calling and speaking with Eli, before I was completely comfortable with placing an order for a device. I received the unit and it was very nice and exactly as expected, however my needs had changed in the two days of shipping so I called and explained my situation to Eli. (On a side note, Eli was out of the office on company business when I phoned in, but I was told a message would be sent to him and he returned my call within a couple hours which I thought was great customer service.) After our discussion, I was able to exchange the unit with no hassle and the unit I received was once again exceptional quality. Exceptional customer service, Exceptional products, Exceptional overall experience, period.

I would recommend nightvision4less,Eli really tries to help. As with many things you learn by doing and sometimes making mistakes. First night arrow six scope I bought went to tighten mounting bolts after sight in as instructions directed. bolt twisted off, Eli was great in getting an exchange and getting it quickly. A word of advise, I thought scope was flashing and scaring game, it was actually IR flashing on game cam, took me awhile to figure it out. Other wise takes a little while to get used to hunting at night, things get weird especially in thick woods. I don't think distributors as a whole have used these products so it becomes a trial and error thing. Eli will help and Night Arrow Six dos what its supposed to.

Great service from start to finish. Before committing to purchase anything, Eli patiently listened to my concerns and guided me through the selection process, without a bit of pressure to commit to purchase. Any time I had a question for him, he made himself available to answer it.

When the time arrived where I finally made a choice, I had some minor issues with the monocular that I would have easily ignored, had it not been for Eli's insistence to get it checked out. How glad I was that I took his advice, as it performs even better now. This is the kind of service and advise you look for when making such an investment.
