Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 139 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers report significant issues with customer service, describing it as unhelpful and difficult to get a resolution, often feeling ignored or receiving robotic responses. People frequently experience problems with their orders, including missing items, incorrect products, or orders not arriving at all. Delivery services are a major point of frustration, with many parcels being delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or sent to incorrect locations without proper collection codes. Reviewers also express dissatisfaction with the refund process, often struggling to obtain refunds for undelivered or returned items, with some being told their returns were not received or that they would not be refunded. Additionally, some customers received products with quality issues, such as glue stains, peeling soles, or manufacturing faults, which were often dismissed as wear and tear.

Order never arrived

Ordered 1 pair of Mens sliders; 12 working days later received an email saying they are processing a refund but no other info whatsoever.
I chased the order after a week and was just told to wait another 5 working days, so here we are.
I can't believe that ordering direct from a brand is this terrible; will never order direct again and tempted not to buy the sliders at all!

size M tall ? why this size disappeared

Subject: Feedback on Sizing Changes – Request to Bring Back M (Tall) and L (Tall) Options

In recent years, many clothing brands have changed their sizing charts. It used to be easy to find a Medium size suitable for someone over 1.83m tall. Now, around 90% of the bottoms you sell list Medium as fitting heights from 1.70m to 1.83m. If you're taller than that, the only option used to be M (Tall) — but unfortunately, you no longer seem to offer these sizes.

Why has this changed, and why is no one talking about it? There are many people over 1.83m who struggle to find properly fitting clothes. We’d really like to see the return of M (Tall) and L (Tall) options across your product range.

Please don’t respond by saying that you still offer a few items in M (Tall) — I’ve checked your entire selection of bottoms, and only about 5% include that option, and frankly, those styles are not appealing.

This is a real issue for taller customers, and I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and consider expanding your size range again. Thank you.

This is the worst company I think I’ve…

This is the worst company I think I’ve EVER had to deal with. I ordered a pair of £180 trainers that were delivered in horrendous condition. Sent back and replaced. Second pair, also in horrendous condition. Sent back and replaced. 3rd pair, you guessed it except this time they were worse than the first 2 pairs. This whole time customer service is a shambles. You get the AI first and then are put through to a ‘human’ which is in-fact not a human and you get the same automated responses again and again. The amount of times this order has been ‘investigated’ and then nothing happens or gets sorted. So, 2 months later. Still no trainers and £180 down & still can’t speak to an actual human about this issue or complaint. Love it!

my review is not about the product but nike customer services

my review is not about the product but about customers service.
I ordered some gym trainers which I always order direct no problem so far. delivery day I missed the driver by 10 minuets so rearranged delivery , there was no second attempt went straight back to nike. Called customers services straight away to see if they could resend them out answer was no immediately didnt want to try, told me choose another pair as the colour was now out of stock or a refund. I did point out it was out of stock as they still had the pair I ordered on its way back to them and could be sent back to me . Customer service was not interested in even trying . This is the problem dealing with big companies the employers don't care end of the day they get paid even when they do a rubbish job. Its ok I have found them in a small stockist with a first time order discount so got it cheaper anyway

Awful experience with the trainer quality and customer service

I bought Nike Air Max 270 from Sports Direct store in Birmingham new street branch. After a month of wearing them, it changed the shape and the white part showed many cracks. I have the photos as evidence. I contacted Nike customer service but because I did not have receipt, they asked me to contact Sports direct to re-issue the receipt. I contacted sports direct customer service but they said they do not do such a thing.
I contacted again to Nike customer service and they said they cannot help me without receipt.
So, i paid lots of money for a brand to wear at least a year. But after a month of wearing it looke like cheap Shein products. I have the proof of payment from my bank card. But nike did not accept it.

I don’t usually leave a review but my experience with Nike UK customer service was absolutely shocking. Purchased a pair of Air Force 1 which turned out being faulty. Took me 4 occasions to contact them to receive the return label and when I sent the shoes back and tried to get more information how long is the investigation take they just told me rest assured I’ll be told once the inspection is complete and ended the chat. Really puts me off purchasing Nike in future to be honest.

Quality is the worst I've ever seen

Quality is the worst I've ever seen. Ordered a pair of sb dunks. The right shoe toe box was so deformed I was appalled that nike even sent them out. The suede was clearly cleaned with some form of solution on the right shoe also as the black die was almost grey compared to the left shoe. The suede pile on the right shoe had been so forcefully cleaned that it was a completely different texture to the left shoe. The suede on the right shoe heel wasn't even glued down and was very loose from the shoe heel structure underneath. I am honestly shocked that these shoes passed quality control. I wish I could post pictures with this review as they would speak a thousand words. Nike should be ashamed.

Absolutely shocking customer service!

Absolutely shocking customer service!
Nike sent out the wrong boots in the correct box and have been cut of via their online chat system twice now, with them basically saying not their problem. I then called and have been promised a 2 hour call back from a manager, this was 2 days ago and still waiting. I can't believe a company this size has such unprofessional staff and are not taking ownership of a packing issue at their end and are being totally unhelpful and rude for something that is their fault not mine.
I just want what a order and paid for, without being fobbed off and lied to.

Went to collect my Nike trainers from Argos, unfortunately nothing had bean delivered and the driver wasn't even close to the Argos in my town. Hats of to Argos staff members for contacting DPD CS who says driver no even into the area. So driver has logged my item as dropped off, Argos said they had no afternoon drop, and DPD confirmed this. Hmm. Nike CS aren't helpful. So now I have to wait weeks for Nike to escalate and hopefully refund for missing trainers. Several of my trainers from Nike have been, I believed tampered with prior. The box opened or forced. Very dodgy.

An awful experience. Go to JD

Purchased a pair of Nike P-6000. They didn't arrive, lost in transit. Nike took my money. Constantly chased through chat and phone. Phoned today to say the agent hadn't updated the case since 14th July. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told this is not possible until the case is closed!. When I refused to leave the call I was hung up on. They take your money, yet do not supply goods. The onus is on the customer to constantly chase.

£150 running shoes that fall apart in less than 2.5 years

I've been a loyal Nike customer for over 20 years, but I'm really disappointed. My Invincible Run 2 shoes cost over £150 and are falling apart after just 2.5 years of light use. Sole separation shouldn't happen, and Nike offered no support. Not what I expect from a premium product.

Trainers falling to bits after a week

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers which were £134.99. They arrived and within a week they started falling to bits, the glue didn't hold. I contacted Nike who sent me a prepaid postage label. The trainers were delivered to them a week ago today. I've contacted Nike by phone and the chat option and have basically been fobbed off. I have now started a dispute through PayPal. I really wish that I had read the reviews before ordering.

Pegasus Gore-Tex trainers do not purchase

I have some Pegasus Gore-Tex trainers which have a rip in the right shoe. I contacted Nike with evidence of purchase and Nike have said that this is not their fault and is a product of natural wear and tear. I don’t understand how shoes naturally tear I understand they may become rundown or worn out but you have a full rip in one size Through regular normal use does not seem to fit. I have asked for irreplaceable products and Nike have failed to respond. They keep ignoring my emails and it will be the last time I purchased from this brand. it is worth naughty. I purchased in late October as a Christmas gift so they have only had a few months use

Disgusting. Order number C01510158545
Just received my Nike trainers £89:99 and they are ruined. They are creased. And putting them on the creases do not disappear. I'm going to send photos to trading standards.

Update: I returned the trainers for an exchange. only to have the others just now delivered and in even worse condition than the ones I returned 🤬🤬🤬

Took money but didn’t deliver shoes - no customer service - avoid

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering through Nike. Paid for express delivery for two pairs of kids shoes as my kids needed runner’s urgently and they still haven’t arrived four days after due date. Royal Mail updates haven’t changed for four days and I can’t get through to or contact anyone there. Nike have said they’ll escalate, but have still heard nothing.
