I'm a lifelong Nikon product owner/user and on the odd occasion I've needed to use the Nikon UK Service centre I have been very satisfied. Contact is easy, informative and prompt. Great care is taken with the packaging and my gear returned cleaned, and very good value overall as well. Very little to fault here.

Having worked perfectly for several years, my beloved Nikon 1 V2 developed a serious fault, so I sent it off to the Nikon UK service centre for examination. I wasn't very hopeful, because I knew that the camera was obsolete and spare parts might not be available. I needn't have worried - I soon received my camera back in perfect condition and the charge for the repair was very reasonable. Very happy with my experience.

I've been using Nikon equipment outside in all weathers for over 30 years and in all that time have only needed to send two lenses for repair. On both occasions service and communication has been excellent.

After damaging my Nikon binoculars, I sent them to the Nikon Repair Centre for repair. It was the best customer service I think I have ever come across.
From providing the packaging label to the return of repaired binoculars. Every few days a short update to advise at what point in the repair process my item had reached, transport, assessment, quote, repair progress, invoice, return...and superb repair. Packaging of returned item was both amazingly thorough - and all bio-degradable!

I recently sent my Z9 and 3 lenses for servicing and asked for a fast turnaround. The items were picked up, serviced, and returned in 6 days. The service and communication were excellent.

Advisory was as I was about to leave on a photo tour, so we arranged collection 3 weeks later. When they had the Z8 they let me know that they’d do the 2nd advisory check too. I got the camera back in just a week. Fast, efficient and above all, friendly!

Was thoroughly impressed with the service I received for my Nikon binoculars. Although irreparable (as expected) I was happy that a full inspection had been carried out and the whole process was quick and professional. I was offered a discount for another purchase if required and had my old binoculars returned back to me as I requested. Fraser was a great point of contact and would definitely recommend this service.

Nikon customer service is second to none. My experience relates to their UK warranty and repairs team. I sent my camera and lens for repair and needed it back in time for a wedding several weeks later. I called up to let them know this, and a gentleman called Fraser followed my case all the way through the process, calling me at key milestones, such as payment for the invoice, to help minimise the delay in getting my equipment back in time for when I needed it. I have no doubt that Fraser's colleagues would have done the same, and can wholeheartedly recommend Nikon for their exceptional dedication to the customer experience. I am very happy to use Nikon's amazing products and it's a comfort to know they have such a great and reliablr customer support team working behind the scenes.

I broke my Nikon camera and contacted Nikon to ask about repair. The service was incredibly. Camera collected, repaired, returned and very promptly. Also very good advice from staff. Can’t fault them. Love mu camera too!

My Nikon Z8 was one of a batch that Nikon issued an advisory about a possible lens mount issue. I contacted Nikon, they arranged for the camera to be collected from my home and it was examined and rectified and back in six days. Fabulous service.

From first contact to receiving the camera back, Nikon service was impeccable.
The website is easy to use and very straightforward: the instructions were clear and easy to follow with space to highlight specific issues.
They kept us update with the progress and no ££ were taken before approving the repair and confirming we were happy to go ahead.
We had a small technical issue with payment and I had to phone their customer service team. Nikon reply was within minutes, ZERO waiting on the line for ages.
It all went smoothly and we got the camera back nicely packed and feels like new! Thank you.

I sent a d7200 to Nikon for repair. The quote I received back for repair was about the same price as I paid for the camera. The camera gets shipped to Poland. I declined the quote and was then charged for the labour to provide the quote (in T&C but not highlighted) All in total was £50+ before any repair was started. It’s not worth using this service unless you have a high end camera. I received the camera back and it was repaired and fully operational, this made me suspicious about if my camera really did need a £500 repair. Very odd, poor communication through the process.

I damaged my Nikon and contacted Nikon Customer service ,The service I received was fantastic.I received labels to print I packaged the camera up & it was collected at the door.I got updates all through the process from estimate to repair to delivery back to my home.Very happy with the service .

When NPS and every UK repair centre were saying my F6 battery chamber couldn't be replaced a couple of individuals in the Nikon team and repairs team rebuilt one from scratch using parts from Japan - absolutely went above and beyond to get my F6 back in service.

Nikon UK have for some unbelievably and stupid reason have sent my Nikon Z9 and Z 70 200 2.8 lens to Poland Which is on the Ukraine border for a simple focus check that could have been done in the UK. The gear was shipped to Poland on the 7/06/23 and as of today 22/06/23 and has still not arrived in Poland.I have spoken to Nikon UK twice this week and they have not a clue where my £8,000 equipment is? I Because of this I believe the equipment has been stolen in transit. Why would they send it to a country bordering with a country in the middle of a terrible war. I will be calling Nikon tomorrow demanding a full refund.

When all UK camera stores out of 1.4 Nikon Z lens teleconverter stock (giving dates of back in stock of late July) -they had in it stock and got it to me in 4 days from web order in early June - excellent result
