schlechte Qualität und schlechter Support

Ich habe im Nikon Shop ein Fernglas gekauft. Die Lieferung war schnell und mit UPS sehr seriös. Die Verpackung war auch gut. Beim entfernen der Schutzkappe kam wir eine Linse , eine Dichtung und die Arretierung entgegen. Nachdem ich nun im Internet recherchiert habe kommt diese Problem bei diesem Fernglas öfters vor. Anstatt sich zu Entschuldigen und für eine schnell Rücksendung und Rückerstattung zu sorgen muss ich jetzt erst einmal Beweise sichern und an Nikon senden. Die Nikon Qualitätssicherung scheint auch nicht zu funktionieren.
