So glad I popped into the Cupar branch! After years of suffering back pain and being told by another company that a hard mattress is what everyone needs (I had no back pain prior to that hard mattress) the staff at Nimbus knew I needed a soft mattress due to my weight and medical conditions. I’d always felt that was the case and it was so great to finally deal with a sales rep who is actually knowledgeable and cared.

Simply fabulous, friendly, well informed service and great quality products at sensible prices.

When we visited the shop the sales person was really helpful and no pressure at all. Very helpful and let us take time to have a look round alone. Gave great help when asked. Just been delivered and again the guys were absolutely brilliant, cheerful and had the bed built up and in place perfectly. Definitely recommend this company.

Highly recommend Nimbus Beds. Des served us at the Thornton shop on 15th August. He gave us a detailed explanation on the variety of mattresses available in the shop. He was very knowledgable and his explanations were very helpful. He allowed us privacy to test and choose which mattresses we preferred with absolutely no pressure to buy. We felt completely at ease.

Des explained it would be approximately 2-3 weeks delivery time. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a delivery date of 30th August.

Today 30th August, our mattresses were delivered. We were given a message of an expected time of delivery and they were true to time.

The two lads were very pleasant, friendly and professional, They were very respectful of our home and whilst taking care were able to get the mattresses in situ without any problem.

All staff a credit to the company, we highly recommend and Nimbus will be our first visit in the future for bedding products.

Recently bought a complete small double bed set including mattress and headboard for a very reasonable price. Des, the Sales Manager at the Cupar branch, provided a first class professional service, explaining the different choices on display in a friendly and informative manner.

Excellent service at the Thornton Showroom. Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and made the selection process a lot easier.
Nice to find a local company who can provide an offering against the multi nationals supplying superior product at a competitive price. The delivery was spot on and they assembled the bed and removed all the wrapping while showing care and attention of the property. It was interesting to note that they produce a large part of the product range from a local facility employing local tradesmen offering a bespoke service.

Excellent personal attention and given time to make decisions. Trying beds was an excellent way to sell and 2 years later we are still very happy with our choices and all the advice regarding extras such as pillows Our experience was in May 2022 a to put date in correctly as it doesn't go that far back

Knowledgeable staff. Delivery staff kept us informed of location and timing. When delivering - in the rain - they were mindful of the possible mess and removed shoes without being asked. They quickly assembled and placed the beds and removed all the packaging.

The salesman was polite,efficient and friendly to my 88 year old mum,then when her mattress was delivered. The guys did their job with professionalism.

Went into the store on two separate occasions, excellent service, encouraged us to lie on the mattresses for as long as needed. Spoke to them about what we wanted, and we had seen one in particular. Didn’t try and steer us to a more expensive mattresses, gave us an honest opinion of the one we liked. Great experience from start to finish. Looking at buying a new frame soon and will definitely go back to Nimbus.

I have bought 2 divan beds with headboards & drawers. We were given a delivery date and everything went to plan they also have a friendly team who delivered & build up the.beds. They are so comfortable & great quality - very happy with the service.
