Absolutely fantastic visit to your Cupar store. Des the manager was so helpful. Only went in to see about a adjustable bed, after talking to Des we are now looking forward to our new bed arriving. Highly recommend this store, no pushing to sell any beds ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service at the Cupar store. Salesman was friendly from the start and answered all our questions without trying to force us into a purchase. He took on board everything we asked for and made his recommendation.

Fantastic service from James , who helped us choose the right mattress for us and the suggestion about the pillows really made up our minds . We can’t wait till our new bed arrives . I will post more when I get it delivered. Well worth the money for delivery where it is assembled in the room and the old bed taken away . We were lucky to order this when special offer on , delivery etc free . Great to support a local business

Was a bit wary of going to a local independent company for something as important as a mattress, but I was really impressed by the knowledge & service I received. I wasn't made to feel rushed into making a decision or pressured into buying the most expensive one either. I was also updated when my order was put through. I am currently waiting on my mattress being delivered & I hope it is as good as the service.

Went into the show room Thornton, no pushy sales told the salesman our budget and what we wanted and he delivered an excellent product.

Brilliant mattress and base, we choose the mattress colour, drawer position etc. and once ordered the delivery came as expected; really happy with the product and will definitely recommend this company.

The staff here were very helpful and courteous. I got my daughter the bed she wanted in no time.

We were in & out in around 1/2 hour, double bed package & king size mattress ordered! Was such an easy relaxed process thanks to the salesman Ross. Would definitely recommend.

I went to nimbus with a picture of a bed I liked to see if I could see one better and didn’t expect that I’d be able to get a custom bed similar to the one I’d seen. Absolutely love the bed it is amazing and exactly what I wanted, infact better than I imagined. My bed arrived earlier than expected, Ross was great at keeping me informed and I would 100% recommend them to all my friends. One very happy customer and happy to support a local business in Fife.

Used nimbus many times over a few years and recommended to many . The service is excellent, never hard sales and always give you the best deal possible. Went the extra mile for me too during house moves which really helped . Trustworthy and hard working local business .

This is a small retail outlet and just feels really comfortable to walk around. The covid rules were good and we felt very safe. Much better than in those giant warehouses with millions of beds. The staff were lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy and salesy. I would recommend Nimbus Beds without hesitation and will be back to buy my next mattress.
