Just got a new bed and mattress from nimbus. The experience of buying and trying out before purchase has been excellent. Customer service from Ross was fantastic. Viking pillowtop mattress is extremely comfortable and bed frame is very sturdy you can tell its very well made. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks again nimbus

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly - what more could you want. Kept us up to date the whole way and the wonderful mattress arrived sooner than expected. To top it off it was without doubt the most comfortable nights sleep. Great value for money and best of all, you really and truly know the provenance of the product!

After nearly a week of sleeping in the " Forever 21 mattress " i can say the mattress is worth it, high quality. Great sleep for those who sleep on their sides.

If you’re looking for a new bed I would HIGHLY recommended using Nimbus beds. From start to finish I felt like all my questions were answered by someone who knew what they were talking about, nothing was to much of a bother and the staff were wonderful. My bed arrived yesterday evening and without it even being assembled I can tell the quality is amazing. The material feels luxurious and the frame is thick and sturdy. Ross was in contact from the day I chose my bed and made sure I was satisfied after delivery and I have to say what a lovely man he is, such a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. The range of beds, mattresses and general advice are second to none. I will be ordering my daughters new beds as soon as we have finished decorating their rooms.

We bought our Evolve mattress from Nimbus online after our very old previous one gave up the ghost. They were very helpful explaining our options and timelines over the phone and their order tracker kept us informed. We thought it might be a bit of a risk buying a mattress without trying it, but we're glad to say the Evolve is excellent - really supportive and comfortable. It appears to be really high quality and we have high hopes of it lasting well. Delivery was fast, efficient and free. Great stuff all round.

My small double mattress arrived yesterday. Very pleased with the whole process from ordering my mattress to it being delivered. Ross did an excellent job. Delivery men had masks on which in the current situation is good. Love my mattress its so comfy. Would definitely recommend using. Nimbus beds. Thanks again.

I placed an order for a bed 2 weeks before Xmas knowing I had missed the pre Xmas delivery, however I was promised to receive the bed before Nimbus closed for the holidays. The bed was delivered on the expected date and my son was delighted.
I have Since then went back and purchased a new mattress and yet again everything was effortless. Superb 👍🏻

I had ordered a bed back in December. It’s now February, I was told it would be delivered on a specific date, thus disposed of my previous bed to make way for the new one, on the delivery day. I rung Nimbus on the delivery day, to confirm everything was still ok as I hadn’t received any further confirmation or notification of the delivery. I was told that it was no longer getting delivered and I potentially have to wait two (or more) further days.
I am now sleeping on my floor for an unknown period of time. I still have no resolution to this issue.
Disappointing and sad to know that had I not rung they wouldn’t have done/told me anything.

Update: I received a call from the owner, who had apologised. I later received a call from delivery firm to state that’ll be delivered Saturday, two days later! Owner was willing to offer £50 compensation (which is the max. they can offer for there issue). Call ended rather abruptly.
