The company misrepresented its merchandise on its website. I bought a box of tennis overgrips but that was not delivered. Instead, I received a set of just three overgrips. The representatives of this company tried to get me to accept the grips as-is by offering a voucher. I rejected it on grounds that this is questionable business practice and gross misrepresentation. Buyers beware!
