Excellent service

The service was excellent. I was kept informed as to the status of my order and updated at each stage of the process of getting my order from the USA to the UK. On arrival, the order was complete and the instructions on use were both provided in an informative video and in written text, via a link.
As stated, excellent service.

Really good product

Really good product, I use it for training and it fits my training short very well. Only thing I can say it took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive but overall very pleased!

Thrilled to find Barracuda goggles in UK

I brought my Barracuda B300 goggles with me when I moved to UK. They broke two years ago and I couldn’t find new ones. I settled for the ones my sports centre sells. They aren’t as comfortable and leave circles around my eyes for hours. I’m so glad to have Barracudas again. Expensive and worth it.

Good quality wallet with neat AirTag holder built in.

I bought the wallet for the AirTag holding feature.
The wallet is of good quality with a neat AirTag holder incorporated. All good for me.
I managed go get all my credit and store cards in with a bit of a squeeze. But I am old school, I imagine most people with AirTags have cards held digitally on their phone. So the wallet will be good for the modern minded. Only downside is the delivery takes a while as it seems to come from the USA.

I had an issue with my order but…

I had an issue with my order but Ninefit's customer service were absolutely excellent. So I would not hesitate to order again from them in the future and I recommend buying from them because you will be in good hands. At the end of their emails they sign off with 'We care' and I can confirm that they live up to this.

Terrible -Scam

Terrible ! My 13 year old son saved up his money to buy a scooter deck . The order was placed and then we received an email to say it was not in stock - we could have a 120% voucher to spend on something else or 100%refund . We asked for a refund - 10 days later this has not been processed are emails are answered but the action promised not taken. I checked the website and used the chat function just before requesting the refund made a general enquiry about the deck they advised the deck was in stock and that I could place an order for it !! They clearly say anything to get your money ( including a child’s savings) and do not send either the goods or a refund . We will be taking this further . Please save yourself the hassle and do not use this company !!
