I ordered almost 3 Weeks still haven’t received and the email keeps telling me need to pay for the customs fee, probably a scam

Ordered item and received different item. Probably a scam!

Possible scam.
Ordered an item, provided my credit card details. Thereafter I received numerous emails from different delivery agents saying my order was on its way with a link to track the order. Clink on the link, nothing happens. It's been at least 3 months now. I have concerns about providing credit card details to them.

Candy arrived in fairly good condition. That said, it's for Christmas so I haven't opened it.
