Thinnest tshirt ever made

I bought 1 tshirt from the company. I love thier designs and the fact it's run by veterans. I was going to buy more but just wanted to check one out first. I'm glad I only ordered one. The quality of tshirt they use is the thinest and cheapest I've ever seen.It probably won't last more than 5 or 6 washes..I don't mind paying top dollar for a quality tshirt but they use horrible brand for thier shirts. Not sure what brand it is but probably from China because the shirt is supposed to be x -large but it is smaller.

Over priced, poor quality control. Needs a boycott.

I have been a supporter of Nine Line…

I have been a supporter of Nine Line Apparel since the very beginning, and I cannot say enough positive things about this company. As a proud American, I deeply respect and stand behind the values they represent. Knowing that the company is veteran-owned makes supporting them even more meaningful to me.

Over the years I have purchased countless shirts and other items from Nine Line, and the quality has consistently been outstanding. The apparel is comfortable, durable, and well-made, and the designs proudly reflect the values of patriotism, service, and love for this country. It’s the kind of clothing you can wear with genuine pride.

What truly sets Nine Line apart is what they stand for. They unapologetically support America, our freedoms, and the men and women who serve and protect this nation. Those are values that matter to me, and it’s why I will continue to support this company in every way I can.

I’ve seen some negative reviews online and, frankly, it’s difficult for me to understand them based on my experiences. In my opinion, Nine Line represents the very best of American spirit and entrepreneurship.

I will absolutely continue purchasing from them for years to come and proudly wearing what they produce.

NINE LINE MATERIAL QUALITY

I have purchased 'Nine Line' products from the very beginning. Even going so far as to purchase other T-Shirts, from other companies with 'Nine Line' logo included. I no longer will purchase any 'Nine Line' product. As veteran, this saddens me. I always try to support veteran owned businesses. My last order was the '1775 Tavern' T-Shirt. The material it was made from was so thin and cheap I can literally 'see through it'. I buy T-Shirts for two primary reasons, comfort and durability. This product failed in both cases. I had noticed the quality of the material getting worse and worse. This last purchase (literally) I felt I was nolonger getting a value for my money. I've shared these very same, or similar words to 'Nine Line Customer Service', so I'm not talking behind their back.

It’s unfortunate because this company seemed to have promise. I ordered 11 shirts from them, all medium. They all fit different. The neck holes are way too Large as-well. The shirts are very thin just like all the reviews say. It’s insane how much variation there is in size. I won’t buy from them again unfortunately.

Avoid at all costs!

I wish I had looked at trust pilot first as the reviews don’t lie! Absolutely terrible service from Nine Line. I ordered a baseball hat on the 3rd December & I received an email on the 10th Dec to say that it was being shipped. However, only a label was created and the carrier never received the package. I emailed, got zero response. I called & the person said they would have another one shipped out tha day. Still waiting on an email to confirm shipping so I emailed again - no response and I’ve called several times and I’m being told to leave a message. I contacted their social media page & they said they can’t help with shipping but that someone would email me. They did email but they’re blaming the carrier for losing the package even although the package was never sent to the carrier. They’ve said the cap needs to be embroidered & they don’t have a date when it will be sent! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It will be getting sent straight back. Avoid them at all costs, they seem a scam!!!

A turtle could have delivered my order faster

I ordered a hoodie, and was advised that my item would arrive by a certain date.
Well that date came and went, with NO email update or explanation.
So, I called "customer service", and of course got the runaround.
And why should a customer be required to download another app in order to keep track of their order ?
I can say this unequivocally that when my order finally arrives ( which should be around March of next year), I am DEFINITELY not going to bother to open it, and return it the very same day !!!. I encourage everyone who have left negative reviews to file a formal an online complaint with the Attorney General's office of the state of Georgia. I just did so, and it was a very easy process. It is way past time to hold this company accountable !!!

Not the quality I was expecting

I just received my first Nine Line shirt and was very disappointed. The fabric of the shirt was very thin.... not the quality I was expecting. Luckily I bought a size larger than I normally wear or it wouldn't have come close to fitting. Don't think I'll order from them again.

I have never purchased from them and never will after reading the reviews. Thank you trust pilot. I have been scammed several times with online purchases, so I ALWAYS check reviews first now! Sounds like this was a great company @ one point in time. Hopefully the owner figures things out. Hope you all have a great day and God bless!!!

Great shirts, now horrible...

I've invested and purchased shirts from Nineline for roughly 9 years now give or take... I enrolled in their Patriots Club right off the bat and was extremely happy with the shirt sizing, the fit and the quality. Over the last several years the shirts have become less quality, horrible fit, and the sizing is roughly 1 to 1 -1/2 sizes off now. My only guess is that the owner, President, CEO, CFO don't wear their own shirts. Otherwise, they would know that whoever is in control of their quality control is KILLING their brand. I had to cancel my Patriots Club Subscription and do not plan on buying any shirts from them in the future. I wear a 3XL and I had to give all my newer shirts that I can't wear to my brother who wears XL, and they fit him great. Sad, very sad. I wish there was a way to get this review in front of someone who makes decisions over there about quality and branding because this is NOT a good look, AT ALL. Why would you knowingly REGRESS... Pi$$ poor management is all I can think.

WOW - Nine Line - WHAT AN AWFUL COMPANY!

WOW! I should have gone to Trust Pilot first before making my purchase. A 1.5 star rating out of 5 is shameful. I just received my order. It took three weeks and countless emails. The shirts are TOO SMALL. Not at all what their sizing indicates on the Nine Line website for a medium but it is actually for a small. They sent me a form to print-out for a pre-paid label, meaning, prepaid by me for $10. Just called the credit card company and opened a dispute. Just think, they are asking people to invest in Nine Line. If they were doing so well, why do they need investor money?

No order fulfillment with excuses and false promises

I ordered several T-shirts from nine line T-shirts online in Georgia on June 21, 2025. Bottom line...STAY AWAY..they don't answer phone calls, there phone system hangs up on you after about 3 minutes on hold waiting for a customer service representative. They took several days to answer emails with excuses as to there production is running behind and they'd talk to the production supervisor...BS !! I ordered supposedly a discontinued design of t-shirt which I assumed was in stock and they said it had to be printed up. After emailing back and fourth a few times I asked if they couldn't fulfill the order within a few days I wanted a refund. They did refund me after the promise to have my order done by the date we had agreed on then it fell through again.... Just stay away as it isn't worth the frustration and go to some other company that actually has communications with customers and employees who actually care. I ended up ordering my tshirts from another company and within a week, along with a substantial savings from these clowns prices good and EXCELLENT top quality shirts and they actually answer there phones in customer service and keep there promises !!! I feel main issue here is lack of communication in there production facility and disgruntled employees...NOT a good way to treat a veteran.. ZERO stars for these people.
