Ordered 16 items for a birthday present. Stuff is okay, imo. The 64oz. TAC Ruck Bottle showed up with the steel lip... rusted. Why can't we submit images? Not great. Probably won't buy again. Will be pursuing a refund in my own special way 👌

Great customer service. I overlooked an email during a return process and became frustrated, as I believed I was still waiting on confirmation a month or so after the exchange was initiated. ZF had sent me a gift credit shortly after processing, and it went to a different email inbox, so CHECK your emails thoroughly if you’re in this boat. Customer service was understanding and great about explaining what happened. Awesome products. Will be buying more.

Take money but never ship. Created a shipping label in dec2025 to ship my item finally got a refund end of January because they never shipped item. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
Woobie Goodie?
Just shopped their sale and got some great deals. The Woobie Hoodie is awesome and I'm surprised by the quality of the rain shell.

Bought my husband a few things from here and the quality was way better than I expected for the price. He loved the hoodie and wants it in a another color, but it looks like a lot of items are currently out of stock. Hopefully they restock soon.
This is an in-transition review
This is an in-transition review. I've been ordering from ZF for several years now and have generally had great service from them. Christmas season 2025 was what happened. I do not know what transpired at ZF Central (Austin, TX) last holiday season but it took about a month for my Christmas gift order to arrive. Christmas eve, I handed out I.O.U's to sad faces. The woobies, when they finally arrived on January 7th, 2026, were great quality and the kids loved them, but it was just a downer at the time. Quality great, excellent selection of products, but the communication was not great with the company at Christmas. I'll order again but probably not for Christmas. Shipping department, get your stuff together!!!!!

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! i’ve been very patient as i know with the holidays places can be very busy. i put an order in on November 29 for Christmas gifts and received it december 15, i received the WRONG order and reached out to customer service which is basically non existent. it took a week for them to respond and they told me to issue a return. I did so. it took several weeks for my return to be approved. i finally was able to go return the wrong order that was sent to me on Jan 10th!!!!!! I then receive an email saying that my original order is now out of stock and received STORE CREDIT with less money than i originally spent on this order. I want my money back and don’t want store credit. I highly recommend spending your money with a company who cares about their customers. i don’t even want to leave one star as a rating for this company as it deserves zero stars!!!!!

Ordered two pair of shorts in a large, they sent us one pair in a medium. It took several weeks to get ahold of the company as they have no real customer service. After we finally got ahold of them they sent us an email letting us know that the product we originally ordered was out of stock and gave us store credit. They gave us much less store credit than the amount of money we actually spent. This company is without a doubt a scam, please do not order from them!

lol the reviews are all seem to be exactly the same, and i am here to add to it. I order a pair of shorts for my husband on November 28th. Given that companies are bombarded with orders during the holiday season, I give them the benefit of the doubt. However, after an automated email on more than one occasion asking for an update and not getting anything I am over it. This order has been sitting in the fulfillment queue since December 8th, it is now January 9th and there hasn't been any change. Over this crap.

After my boyfriend commented on a Facebook post of theirs, a member of the social media team got in contact with me. He did a great job and got everything sorted out. My boyfriend got his gift yesterday. I have since spoken with another member of the ZF team and received an explanation and an apology. It shouldn't have taken this much effort, but my issue is resolved. I would have put 4 stars, but the only reason anybody reached out to me is because my boyfriend told them to.

I placed my order on 11/29/2025. I understand that shipping takes longer around the holidays and was prepared for it to take a little longer than it stated. On 12/18, I saw an email from them from a few days prior stating that guaranteed delivery by Christmas had closed, and I sent an email requesting a status update. I received an automated email saying that someone would reach out soon and assuring me that my order would arrive by Christmas. It turns out, neither of those statements was true. I had to arrive to my first Christmas with boyfriend's family empty-handed and change my plan for us to take a walk in the snow with our Woobie Hoodies. Instead, I could only give excuses as to why I didn't have a gift. It wasn't the impression I was hoping to make. I was given no explanation as to why this was the case.
I have since reached out not one, not two, but FOUR additional times trying to reach a human to get any kind of update or explanation as to what happened to the order I placed over a month ago. I still have not gotten a response aside from the automated replies. I could forgive the late shipping and the fact that it didn't arrive by Christmas. What makes me feel like I have no value to them as a customer is the sheer lack of communication on their part. I am especially disappointed and let down because my boyfriend so highly recommended them.

I placed an order on 11/30/25 for Christmas gifts for my partner, and I still have not received the order and it's now 01/01/26. I understand businesses get busy for the holidays, but I placed this order weeks in advance of Christmas so not sure why it hasn't arrived. Even their automated email says shipments go out in 3 business days. I've contacted their customer service twice and still no one has emailed me back. Whenever I check tracking, it shows no updates, just that a label was created. And I still continue to receive marketing and promotional ads from them. Seems weird. Hopefully it arrives soon. Either way, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Update: They found my order. Took them while longer to send it. The small pants were sent, I ended up giving them to my daughter. I ended up ordering the right size pants and a pair of camo shorts.

I am at 10 days out, and I get their AI email system telling me they can't find my order. That's incompetence. It doesn't matter to them; they don't seem to care, and they already received my $63.25. I'll never see that again. I even sent them a copy of my order. Crickets. I am calling the Better Business Bureau. I bought one of their Woobies and love it. I already have the camo PT pants, but I will never spend another dime on them. I will also spread the word about them. I am really disappointed. As a vet, I support vets, but this is unacceptable.

I placed a order, within minutes I realized I put the wrong address. I immediately tried contacting the company. I received a follow up email saying the order was being processed and that the address couldn't be changed. I gave up on my order and moved on with my life. 1 week later I received an email saying "sorry your order has already been delivered, we cannot change the address." I'm livid, This is 2025, 26 in 2 days and 1 you cant change a address and 2 you respond with a snarky email? Thanks for being absolutely useless and giving ZeroF@cks like your products advertise.
customer support AWFUL
I made an order of a few things on 11/26/25. Yall, I still have not received it nor have I received any help from their customer support. There is no phone number to call. Through the tracking number they gave me it says “label created but not received by UPS.”
I have emailed multiple times of the last month. At one point I was getting AI, unhelpful responses, and now I’m getting no responses at all. Will not recommend this brand.

I ordered in good faith on November 29. What was I thinking? Ordering almost a month before Christmas that something can't get from TX to SC?? Seriously, I have been a repeat customer, spending a lot of money with these people. My husband loves the clothes, which they are absolutely awesome; however, their customer service is seriously lacking. I ordered on November 29. I received no update until Dec 10, which then said "label created" but not a thing since. The tracking number does not work and does not go beyond the "label created" status. They are absolutely full of it in their FAQ and continued email blasts where they are begging for more orders when they clearly can't even handle the load they have. I have emailed them THREE times and received NO response to date. I've been emailing for over a week and get nothing but the automated response that says my message just landed in their inbox and that they'll reach out. BS!!! They have done nothing. When you're getting multiple emails from upset customers, you RESPOND, not HIDE! I will absolutely NEVER order from these people again. My order is NOT on the way. They basically have stolen my money which was over $100, (one of my smaller orders, thank goodness) That $2.99 No BS guarantee of package protection is a load of garbage too. I am leaving this review, which I normally wouldn't do, but because of their egregious handling of my (and apparently a lot of other people as well) order. I absolutely understand it's a busy time BUT I ordered on Nov 29. I didn't bother to start emailing and asking questions until Dec 13. All of their FAQ saying "We're working double time and guarantee your order will reach you by Christmas." They didn't respond to numerous emails but yet had the nerve to keep sending out eblasts wanting more orders they can not fulfill. The ONLY reason I am leaving this review is because THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND. I am hoping they have a human monitoring their reviews, because I am sick of waiting. I already had to replace the gift, so at this point I just want my money back and to say goodbye to these people. I've had a couple issues with them in the past but chalked it up to everybody makes mistakes, which I absolutely understand, but they are basically hiding because they evidently can't deal with the backlash they're getting. I have had it and I just want my money back. I am out over $100 and have not received my order which has been in the works for over 3 weeks. I WANT A RESPONSE.I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I am DONE with you people. Figures the one time I don't pay with my PayPal card, I have an issue. ZERO items received ZERO customer service
Placed an order November 30. Was given a tracking number but no tracking updates beyond “label created”. I have emailed this company many times and only get AI responses. There is no phone number for these guys anywhere. Cannot figure out how to get any help
Update: still no items still no update from this company. Going to start the refund process and if I don’t get my money back I’ll be reporting this company to the FTC for fraud
Update 2: 1/6/26 Still never received a thing. Just received an email (probably another automated communication) saying my order is now marked as “delivered”. No legitimate tracking info ever provided and their website tracking still shows my order “in fulfillment queue”. I started their refund procedure 12/26 and after no movement there I initiated a chargeback on my credit card. These guys are ridiculous! Oh.. and also they made some antagonistic FB post blaming the shipping carriers for all their unfulfilled orders and suggested their customers should “go touch grass” instead of being upset.
