I would like to appreciate the team of Engineers from 9 Telecom that visited my organizaton and supported the Telephone Equipment Migration and upgrade process. It was done smoothly, professionally and efficiently. I also must appreciate their remote support on a number of issues that needed their input immediately after the new installation was completed.
The team at 9group is also time conscious and acts promply wheneever requested to by their clients. Great Customer services with no delays at all..

We were with Nine Telecom for several years, and they were in the main very good. However, we decided to move to another supplier several months ago, and gave notice to Nine (after giving them the opportunity to quote for a new system), and this is when our problems started. As many others have stated here, they rely on small print to retain your business, often changing the T & Cs during your contracted period to tie you in for longer terms. Regrettably left a very bitter taste in the mouth, although I have given 2 stars due to their decent service prior to this.

We’ve have had telephony and broadband services from 9 for 5 years. Always receive good support when it’s needed - Scott is extremely knowledgeable and professional and always resolves issues quickly!

First Class Service
I have been dealing with 9 Group for the past 2 and a half years, mainly with Sylvia Reading in credit control. She has always acted so professional and patient and nothing is too much trouble for her. My emails to her have always been dealt with very promptly and it is very much appreciated. Nine Telecom responded quickly and efficiently when I reported very poor broadband speeds. Chloe Sargeant in the Customer Service Team dealt with the case and was able to get it resolved very speedily.

Can't fault the service that John Aitken gave me to get us re connected after a line was bought down in a storm. My reason for 4 not 5 is the mechanism of getting back in touch and all the options that you have to go through. A direct line system once a contact made would be far better.
Problem resolution
We had an issue with both of our telephone lines. John Aitken took ownership of our problems and provided advice and assistance until the issue was resolved (it was BT Openreach issue). I am very satisfied with the service.

Excellent customer service from Nicola Richards in the billings team who managed to help get to the bottom of a very complex issue for us! She was very responsive and spent lots of time liaising over emails and calls and looking into the history of the old account, which we have now resolved. Her patience is much appreciated.

Broadband problem sorted!
I called 9 Telecom on Monday with a broadband problem. I spoke to John Aitken who said he would speak to the engineer and ring me back. I have to say I was surprised when he phoned me back promptly and rang for updates until the problem was sorted. I wish there were more John Aitkens in customer services!

After a shaky start John really put the effort in to resolve our problem. Very satisfied with his efforts and if any future problems would definitely ask for him.
