Was pleased with the service that Jake gave me a couple of days ago. He was very helpful and efficient. His English was excellent! Many call centres have unfortunately people who aren’t able to communicate. I had difficulty processing the guarantee through the QR code and Jake was very eager to help! If it hadn’t been for Jake’s assistance I would’ve given up!!!

Very good customer service with shark. I spoke to a lovely lady called Carey who was soo friendly and understanding. She was ever so kind and solved my problem very quickly. I recieved the order the very next day. Excellent service from shark and I would recommend Shark to all my friends. Your representative to whom I spoke was extremely helpful regarding the fault I had with my HB150UK Jug, namely that it had developed a leak from the drive section. As it was still under warranty he arranged for a replacement jug which was delivered the following day. I cannot fault the service that I received.
