Ninja has great customer service

I purchased a Ninja blender that unfortunately turned out to be faulty.

However, my experience with their customer support completely turned things around. I spoke with a representative who was extremely helpful and professional—he handled the call in a calm, stress-free way and quickly arranged for the faulty part to be replaced. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated the excellent service. Overall, a great support experience despite the initial issue.

Huge thanks, will continue purchasing from Ninja - even if there is a problem - them fix it in a best way =)

Happy Customer

Easy to order and kept informed about delivery date.
Before had a single drawer one (not an Ninja) ordered double drawer which is great for cooking 2 different things at the same time. Great product very happy with it.

love it.

love it.. would definitely recommend to a friend.. i also purchased a hand held shark 18 months ago unfortunately it became faulty, thanks to helpful and friendly staff they replaced it immediately.. within 24 hours it was in my house... how is that for a service- excellent 5 star ⭐ all the way

Generous goodwill

Dispatched quickly – that’s the only positive I can give.

The crisper plates I ordered (AF500UK left and right, Order #04400022032) arrived bent, scratched, and with a hair in the packaging. Not what you expect from a brand charging premium prices for what are essentially spare parts.

What followed was worse. A phone call that ran for over 20 minutes before ending in silence. A web form that apparently lost half my information by the time it reached the email team. Customer service agents who couldn’t locate a straightforward order number I’d provided multiple times. And rather than offering a refund for damaged, unsanitary goods the obvious resolution I was just pushed toward a replacement.

More waiting, more effort, more of my time.

I’ve asked for five separate formal complaints to be raised covering the product quality, the specific order, the phone handling, the email handling, and the failure to raise complaints when requested. I expect them to be lumped together, deprioritised, or quietly ignored.

I used to rate Ninja highly. The products used to feel worth the money. Right now they don’t and neither does the support behind them. Hoping they can turn it around, but I wouldn’t currently recommend buying direct.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We also acknowledge your disappointment at being pushed toward a replacement, rather than being offered a refund for damaged and unsanitary items.

Better than that boxers grill!

This XL Sizzle grill and flat plate is big enough to cook for the whole family in one go. Easy to use and easy to clean. Perfect food every time. Also quick delivery from Ninja as always.

Buy once, buy right

Bought a Ninja Blender with Auto-iQ BN500UK, twice as expensive as cheap Amazon ones that broke after a few months. Wish I’d bought this one from the start. Solid.

Next day delivery was absolutely…

Next day delivery was absolutely brilliant!! I was very excited to use my new Ninja product and I have to say I have been very impressed with it. It does exactly what it says on the tin and I am looking forward to experimenting with new recipes.
