I bought the Ninja mixer about 6 months…
I bought the Ninja mixer about 6 months ago and everything worked fine until recently. Now every time I use it there’s a smell of burnt rubber, quite annoying and I don’t know if I should keep using it. The kit was completely and nice, I just wished it would last longer as it was expensive.
Edit: the costumer service was excellent to solve my problem. They sent me a new mixer base and I’ve tested and everything is working fine!!
