Tried to buy Ninja knife set
Tried to buy Ninja knife set, the age verification app does not work, tried, back card, driving licence etc. contacted them, they just said try again and that they hope that is helpful! I replied saying it is really not helpful so they sent another one saying the same thing. Told them again this was not helpful and they said they couldn’t do anything else.
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, no response at all , triyng to reach them through Email, watts and phone with no luck.
This is NOT about a product but the…
This is NOT about a product but the customer service team only. I ordered two fairly expensive products from Ninja. I love their products. However, they use OnTrac to ship. OnTrac will NOT deliver to my house and insists on leaving my packages unsecured, in the open at the community mailboxes at the front of my subdivision. Well, packages not secured tend to grow legs and walk away. Ninja customer service refuses to help! I was told once they ship it's not their problem. Ummm, they chose to use this cut rate shipping company....not me. I would gladly pay a few bucks more to be able to have UPS or FedEx deliver. I will continue to buy Ninja products.....just not from them. Horrible horrible horrible customer service!
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Each time I contacted them, a different person replied, and I constantly had to repeat the same information. I reached out because a part was missing, which meant I could not use 2 out of the 3 components. I was then told the part was unavailable and was offered a replacement appliance instead. They asked me to cut the cord of my new robot and send photos as proof. After I did this, they stopped responding, and I was forced to throw away an appliance that was still working, missing only one small part. This will be the last time I purchase a Ninja appliance.
Support doesn't exist
Bought Kettle and food processor. Both great 8 months ago but having niggles with them now.
Contacted Ninja two separate submissions and not heard anything back on either one. This was 5 weeks ago now.
It's not that their customer support is bad, it's that it doesn't exist.
I will not buy another Ninja produce again.
Poor service, misleading
Trying to order stackable, Zerostick 5 piece pan set C550000UK.Item listed, but unable to order despite several tries over a period of 1 month. After long final search today and going through many "help" screens I gave up. If something is out of stock, why don't you just say so??
Terrible Customer Service
Have been waiting 12 months for a spare part.
Not available anywhere online.
Asked Ninja for an update.
Karen from customer support offered me a whole new device.
Two weeks later, received an email saying that the customer service team had changed their mind.
Have asked for their supervisor to contact me 3 times, but Karen just keeps responding with the same email template.
Have offered me a 10% discount on the part, but don't know if or when it will be available again.
$600 machine that I cannot use.

Distasteful customer service
Purchased Ninja ES601 from the Ninja US store and shipped overseas. Grinder failed after ~4 months.
I was explicitly approved for a warranty replacement, instructed to prepare the unit (including cutting the power cord), and told I could ship to a U.S. address for forwarding — but this approval was later withdrawn after escalation due to overseas use.
US and SG teams redirected me between regions with no clear resolution. Sharing for awareness for overseas buyers.
I purchased the Ninja crispi pro
I purchased the Ninja crispi pro. It turns out that the item was faulty. I returned two items I purchased - a container and the machine itself. I received a confirmation from Ninja that both items have been received by the warehouse HOWEVER - the refund amount was incorrect. They withheld the taxes. I called and the advisor I spoke to told me that that is the correct amount - without taxes and he will only escalate once I receive my refund.
To date, I have still not received any refund and the amount promised is incorrect. I have never heard of any company withholding taxes when doing a refund.
I do not recommend this company's products and the company itself.
Please refund me asap. Ticket#23643254
Never seen worst customer service

Rock-solid performance across multiple Ninja appliances
I’ve been using Ninja products in my home for a while now, including a Ninja pressure cooker and countertop appliances, and they’ve consistently delivered exactly what you want from modern kitchen gear: strong performance, simple controls, and reliability.
What I appreciate most is how Ninja designs products for real daily use instead of just marketing. The pressure cooker in particular heats quickly, seals well, and gives very consistent results whether I’m doing quick meals or longer cooks. The build quality feels solid and not disposable, which matters when you’re actually cooking with something multiple times a week.
I also like how easy their products are to clean and maintain. A lot of appliances look good but become annoying to live with — Ninja seems to actually think about the full ownership experience.
Overall I’ve had a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend Ninja to anyone who wants dependable kitchen equipment without overpaying for a luxury badge.

Very bad product way overpriced for what you get.
I own few of them non last more than 3 years.
Just after warranty expired product does aswell.
Before you purchase anything from this company check reviews but not on their original side.
Check YouTube how people are fixing, look for errors which very often start appearing in first month's of use.
Be aware.
Ordered on Nov 30 2025
Ordered on Nov 30 2025. Product stuck in some airport facility (domestic shipping). Company has been absolutely useless in helping navigate a product that their shipping partner has lost. Bouncing between phone calls and agents. (Twice)Getting "escalated" to the next level of support for the past 10 days. Here is a simple solution , send me a new shipment and sort out your shipping partner on your own time, not mine. Ofcourse it's a given that I have to call this company, they never call back with updates.
The WORST customer service experience
The WORST customer service experience. As a consumer who has a home full of Ninja and Shark products, they just lost a consumer due to an arrogant customer service rep who could barely speak clear English, so chose to speak over me and correct me during the short time that I ATTEMPTED to explain the numerous issues with my $550 Café Luxe, which will now be returned to Costco.
Wrong colour sent
Delivery was really fast but they sent the wrong colour. I ordered sage green and received navy. Can't be bothered with messing about with returns. Also, it doesn't even have a light inside it.
I wish I could give this a zero
I wish I could give this a zero. I ordered the Ninja Never Dull Knife set. It came very quickly so I was super excited. Less than THREE days into having them the handle on one of the knives cracked and the handle on the scissors snapped off. When I reached out I was told I would have to send them back before they would send me a replacement. Their customer service is horrendous and their products are even worse!
I purchased a ninja
I purchased a ninja, professional slashy machine and a little over a year ago.Right before Christmas. It decided that it was not going to cut on. Call ninja customer service of course , the machine is just out of its warranty period which is the year. They cannot help me, nor can. They send a repair person out to try to troubleshoot it or fix the issue with the slusher. The only thing that ninja can offer me is a 30% discount to purchase another machine. Dear ninja, this is bad customer service, and this is a defective ninja.Because clearly after a year , it should not stop working
Three cookers in five years
Three cookers in five years – loyal customer completely let down
I am writing this review with genuine disappointment.
I have been a devoted Shark/Ninja customer for many years. I have purchased multiple products directly from Ninja and from authorised retailers, both for myself and as gifts for others. I trusted this brand so much that I found it hard to consider alternatives.
Sadly, over time, it feels like I have been paying for the name, not durability or quality.
In 2019, I purchased my first Ninja multicooker (the original “one pot”). At the time, I was single and used it lightly — around twice a month. By 2021, once married with children, usage increased, and that is when the problems began.
The cooker:
Started smoking heavily during use
Took longer and longer to cook food
Produced so much smoke that I had to open windows and turn on the extractor fan
Had issues with the air pressure lid/pump coming loose
Despite this, I continued using it until 27/12/2022, when it failed completely with an E20 error. I was told the warranty had expired but was offered 50% goodwill, which I accepted in good faith.
I then purchased another OP500UK. By 25/11/2023, I contacted Ninja again with exactly the same issue — smoking when air frying, which progressively worsened. When I asked why this happens, I was simply told “it happens,” which is not an acceptable explanation for a premium product. Because it was under warranty, the unit was replaced.
I clearly remember telling the agent that a reputable, premium appliance should last at least five years with daily use, and significantly longer with fair usage.
Unfortunately, the replacement followed the same pattern.
By the end of 2024, the cooker was again producing excessive smoke. Cooking times increased, and I was once again opening windows and using the extractor fan every time I cooked. Around seven months ago, I noticed something far more concerning: the non-stick coating on the pan began peeling off, like paint chipping from a wall. It became so bad that after cooking, I had to remove flakes of coating from my food.
Life is busy, and I carried on using it until yesterday, when my daughter said, “Mummy, this is a health and safety concern.” She was right.
When I contacted Ninja again, I was told the warranty had expired in 2024 because the replacement carried a transferred warranty from the original purchase, despite being replaced in 2023. I escalated the matter and was offered 30% off a new unit as a goodwill gesture. I tried to negotiate for 50%, given that this would be my third cooker in five years with the same fault, but was told that policy only allows 30%.
At that point, I declined.
Three cookers in five years is completely unacceptable. I personally know people using basic supermarket-brand appliances (including Asda own-brand) for longer periods, with heavier daily use, and without these safety issues.
I now have no confidence that purchasing another Ninja product would lead to a different outcome, and there is no reassurance this problem would not simply happen again. After reading wider reviews, it seems I may be better off buying a cheaper brand, as the durability appears no worse — and in some cases better — than what I have experienced here.
This is not how I expected my loyalty to end, but sadly, I no longer trust the quality, durability, or value of Ninja products.
It’s been good while it lasted — but this is where my loyalty to Ninja ends.
Worst delivery service
Worst delivery service. Absolutely bunch of incompetent customer services. DEI no doubt. Horrible for a company with desirable products. Will definitely look at other companies in the future
