They were very helpful when I had a few questions. I ordered 10 and they gave me 13 patches! Awesome experience!

The patches were printed well and looked good. The problem is the heat adhesive on back sucked. It was not evenly applied and did not over the entire patches I had to end up purchase adhesive sheets, cutting them and applying them to the patch before I could use. I contacted support and they wants me to send videos and pictures explaining the issues in more detail. I told them I didn’t have time. They never responded back and did not offer to do anything. I won’t use them again. Sad because I love the dtf transfers - but not the parties

shipped to wrong address. emailed several times with no response. filed a claim online no response. Finally called and spoke to rep, they couldn't resolve issue and had to send to another department. still waiting.

I’m happy I got my $$$ back so I can order my patches from somewhere else. Customer service said they would fix my issues and send new patches but they sent the same wrong patches with same wrong issues! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! Any company from an IG ad will get you better patches the way you actually ordered them in half the time for similar cost!

I have yet to receive any patches that I'm satisfied yet!
My first order came in the writing unlegible so that order had to be redone and rushed to me.
For my second order, I know ordered embroidered patches but somehow, they came in as full color patches. I have NO reason to order full color patches!

I just won't order patches from you guys anymore; I'll just stick with the ordering the transfers going forward.

Couldn’t create my patch, gave store credit and wouldn’t refund the order. Pathetic company. - Raised hell, after being told by an associate and manager they couldn’t refund it, I told them promptly about this review, and they conceded.

The patches ordered for an Army Corps of Engineer order were excellent. The company responded well when contacted. Will use again.

1st order of Faux 2” wide leather patches took about 3 weeks ( as expected ).

The reorder was in my hands in like than 10 days. ( highly unexpected, but much desired )

I accidentally placed an order for 2 wrong embroidered designs. I emailed them and it was like the next day they credited all the money to store credit. Awesome awesome customer service. I have tons of different pvc, leather, embroidered patches coming. The printed patches that came were awesome. Overly impressed with how they've treated me. Customer service is EVERYTHING.

So, I just received my leather patches and my stickers. TOP NOTCH QUALITY. 👌 Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Seeing "Made in the U.S.A. on my stickers off to the side by the easy peel. Makes me so happy my money is going to Americans. Absolutely blown away at the quality. Can't say enough good things about this company. Nice work guy's.

I was a little skeptical not being able to see a proof but I have to say my patches turned out just like I hoped. 5 Stars!

Customer service is top notch, some of the best I have ever experienced. Expressed an issue with an order when it arrived, and they offered to replace it for free, and then even overnighted the patches when they were done. Ultimately, the patches were not what I wanted, and won't work for my application. However, the customer service alone is worth 5 stars.

Great quality and craftsmanship! The entire process from design through manufacture was amazingly easy and satisfying. Kudos to Ninja Patches and Thank you.

Just received the 2.5” patches I ordered, which are actually only 2” patches. They sorely lack the detail you boast about in your ads, most likely because you crammed it all in to a 2” patches . Lesson learned!

The initial order was placed on Jan 20th, and I was overcharged more than $100 for 10 patches.
NOBODY reached out to me. I was placing a new order and see the pricing and had to contact them asking for an explanation. I did a second order (Jan 27th) on a different kind of patch on a separate day, and both orders were shipped together.
Supposedly, the delivery was complete today Feb 9th; thank god I was testing, so no client was involved. I ended with 2 tracking numbers and also with delays. No explanation. Again I had to contact them.

Due to my mistake selecting the type of patch, I contact them and they say that the order was updated (THANK YOU). I can't confirm yet.

Poor customer service. Any issues you have, they will make it difficult to resolve since it is an imported product. I ordered patches with a 5 day turnaround time and paid an additional fee for rush shipping. Did not get the item in hand for two weeks. Had I known this was an imported item, I never would have ordered. Yes, it was imported since my tracking number tells me that it came from DONGGUAN CN.

I have ordered 12 and 50 embroidered customized patches at two different times. I greatly appreciate the lever of excellent customer service Peter gave to me for my orders. I highly recommend this company.
