Evri lost my NIO parcel and were their usual useless selves. I got in touch with NIO and they arranged an immediate replacement with next day delivery, so thanks and well done NIO for providing excellent customer services.

I’m told they will be switching to alternative delivery methods

Fantastic product- a great range of cocktails in unique packaging. I love these as gifts for others that make for a real treat.

Initially disappointed, rectified by 2nd delivery.

Previously, I’ve had great service from NIO, but after ordering 2 x party boxes on the weekend & received 1 Monday (v quick).

Issue is order states fulfilled (I’m still awaiting the 2nd box), Evri tracking states delivered & there is no response to email, contact us or chat. There is no CS phone number.

2nd box now delivered (although no contact from NIO) so I’m now happy, despite lack of information when I received the 1st box yesterday.

The cocktails are great but customer service is sadly lacking, which really lets them down

Great quality cocktails and really creative- but what makes the company standout is the excellent customer service. Had a minor issue with delivery and it was sorted straight away and they kept me in the loop at all times- would always recommend

I’ve always had a good experience, cause The cocktails are so tasty! On this occasion, I had an issue with the courier delivering the cocktails and as soon as I contacted NIO, Tisha was super helpful and arranged redelivery straightaway!

Stunning service. I’ve bought quite a few times from them and the latest time Evri banjaxed the box. However, Nio were on it and rescued the gift I bought I for my cousin. Will definitely keep ordering. Thank you, Tisha and Lucia!

I would highly recommend NIO Cocktails. They are delicious, a real weekend treat and taste as good as cocktails in a bar. My personal favourite is the gin sour. The customer service is also excellent.

Have ordered these for the last 2 years as Christmas presents/treats and they always go down well. The customer service is fantastic, the first order had an issue and they responded within 3 minutes to my email and this was on a Friday evening. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally. This year there was an even bigger selection of cocktails so I bought a few extra to try, and I noticed they had made some improvements to the opening design so I didn't need to resort to scissors. Love this product and works out as great value compared to a bar or ordering different alcohol and making yourself. Will continue to order in future and have sent info to some friends too.

I contacted NIO Cocktails with a query and they replied super fast - not something you see much of these days. I couldn't recommend this company enough. 100% perfection.

Great cocktails and timely delivery.

We were given 2 different cocktails as Christmas gifts and can honestly say they were vile and undrinkable!! Alcohol percentage was extremely high for just 100ml cocktail. We had the espresso martini 25.7% and the apple rum punch 18.3%.

Slow answers to emails sent to customer service, and replies look to be AI generated.

Chat function not responding.

NIO has my money. I don't have the cocktails. Order placed weeks ago - utterly ridiculous.

I ordered four large sets of cocktails on 11th December, and they have not arrived, paying over £320. I have spent five days trying to make contact with NIO via email and live chat, with little to no response. There is no phone number and nobody is willing to call you back. I am still without my order in time for Christmas, which is very disappointing, as they were for my colleagues.
