I couldn’t get an exchange or a refund without paying between 40 to 50$ to ship my item back . They don’t provide return shipping labels . Not a good business practice. I wouldn’t suggest doing business with these people! I’m stuck with product I can’t use.

For some reason I ordered three hats…wrong hat color
For some reason I ordered three hats one was green one was khaki one was black now I guess when you go on the website I guess the military green is no longer available so what they did they sent me a gray one in the mail which I’m tracking right now that’s in BFE Show him back on the website again apply for the 10% discount which I never got when I ordered I ordered the black hat and the khaki hat to see how long it’ll take to get here but I don’t know what to do with the gray hat like I don’t know shove it up my ass or what because I’m just not a gray guy. Poor purchasing experience. You charged my card…. Then you sent me a message that I had left something in my cart. I tried to reach you to let you know that you had charged my card even though you haven’t charged me for shipping at that point.
I now see that you have reversed the charge and therefore I have gone ahead and purchased the hat.
Please look into this as I’m sure it’s happening to all of your customers. Not getting off on the right foot. I purchase a great deal of goods online and you are the first company that has charged me … And then reversed the charge. I recommend that you fix it. You may be losing more sales than you know.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They took 3 weeks to send the merchandise. Then, when i finally received it, the clothes did not fit (it was very different from the sizing provided online). I submitted a request online in mid December 2021 and never heared back. I have subsequently called and left voicemails 5 times and resubmitted a request for a return online 3 additional times. I have not received any response or communication from NipKit as of 1/5/22 (I checked all junk folders and spam filters as well). Save your money and your time - avoid purchasing from NipKit.
01/07/2022 Update:
NipKit reached out on 01/06/22 and asked for more information. They also posted a reply to this rating. "Here to help" --- Three weeks after I initially contacted them and only after I submitted this review. I provided them my Order Number, Phone Number, and Email. Again. I will update this review if and when I communicate with NipKit.
01/27/2022 Update:
I communicated via email with Nipkit over the past two plus weeks. When I asked for them to process the return, they offered me an escalating series of incentives to not return and keep the clothes I ordered, including a 20% refund together with a 10% discount code for a future purchase. I opted to return the clothes - at my expense - for a full refund. I returned the clothes on 1/12/22 after receiving the return address; the clothes were delivered to Nipkit on 1/19/22. Nipkit never contacted me to confirm receipt of the clothes; I had to email their Customer Service every time to request an update.
After following up to confirm their receipt of the items, they offered yet another incentive. Instead of a refund, they offered me a Gift Card for the amount I paid plus a 15% discount on my next purchase. I again refused and requested a refund for the items returned. They responded on 1/21/22 that they had "forwarded [my] request to process the refund to our finance team."
I reached out again today since I had not seen the refund or been contacted by their customer service team or their "finance team." I was told again my
request for a return was being reviewed by their finance team. I a not sure what that means or who is on their finance team.
I will continue to update this post... But it seems like Nipkit is doing everything they can to not refund the money for my return. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are either in over their heads or the have no interest in adhering to the return policy on their website.
Nipkit - Please look at Roark or Huckberry for examples of honest, fair, and efficient return policies. You should have this process in place before selling OR be clear on your website.
01/31/2022 Update:
Received notice on 1/27/22 that Nipkit would refund my order. This notification came after my update on this post. I confirmed this morning that the refund came through on my credit card. It took a great deal and time and effort to get in touch with Nipkit, return the items, and get a refund. Those who are reading this can make their own judgement if they want to purchase from this company or not.
