Shocking service
Shocking service, firstly website crashed after payment. I had to phone to complete order after funds had left my account. Then only half my order arrived one week later .

Delay in shipping the item. I had to email them to ask what the delay is for, apologies we're made and in fairness it was then sent and arrived 2 or 3 days later.

Single knob safe induction Hob
Well I was looking for a induction single hob mainly so that my elderly dad suffers with short term money loss and dementia,I wanted my dad to be safe and for me to know he is safe when and if he decides to cook a fry for himself , previous to buying from Nisbets I witnessed dad using the grill from the electric kitchen cooker and set off the fire alarms in the house , looking on other platforms like Amazon etc ,cheap and and slim and I don't think would last ,happened to land on Nisbets page and one knob single hob came out on top ,and only issue I have with this hob after watching the YouTube clip putting cash under the pan and seeing after the food was ready the note was perfect ,but my 20 pound note shriveled and was no more good , but all in all the single hob is brilliant and cork based the postage immediate, and I did also buy from Amazon a 30min cut power socket , so dad is perfectly safe as is the house with this product and setup , thank you Nisbets

My Parcel took over a week to come from Cork.
It spend a week being re-routed.
