Order over the phone,excellent service and top attitude from member of staff.

Plenty of products on offer. Easy order process and delivery lead times were accurate.

You staff were very helpful got back to me quickly with a query.

Next day delivery promised but didn’t happen.
Collection in person offered on the web site but the site had a bug and that option was greyed out.

I made my order at the start of December last year and only received half my order at the end of March.
When I called to see where the rest of my order is, I was told they had them in stock and would call me back to confirm delivery. But no call or refund.
Very bad service.

The delivery driver was the absolute worst I’ve ever got. He called first at 8.55 and said it would be within an hour then didn’t arrive until 10.30. He was horrible and rude and just dumped the beds in the hallway and had a horrible attitude all together. Will never order from here again. I’m gonna have to call over some other people to have get the beds in the apartment

The wrong items sent. When phoning you office informing them of the error…. Was told only 1/2 my per based order was available , the remainder would take two weeks to arrive(curios this was not conveyed to me when Nesbets took my money).Held prisoner half the day waiting for items I never ordered to be collected by DPD. Still waiting for my payment to be refunded. Expected to tolerate ‘just human error’ from customer service. [6x6 500mils wide mouth Kilner jars ordered yet 6 1 ltr narrow neck bottles sent] it seems better staff selection, training & computer programme upgrades needed.

I ordered heavy duty folding tables and they were exactly the same quality as others that cost half the price. I feel like I got scammed €100, €50 per table. I could’ve got them for €50 each elsewhere.
