I bought heavy duty tongs
I bought heavy duty tongs, they were anything but heavy duty, cheap lightweight tongs that you would get in a pound shop that cost €10. Very disappointing, spoke to nesbitts to explain this and they couldn’t care less. Couldn’t wait to get me off the phone, offered me a chance to complaint and write a letter to them. Who has time! It’s the principle, spend a lot of money with them, this has soured things for sure!!

Very slow response
Very slow response. No proactive approach. I am not sure about product's quality as I am still waiting for delivery since 1st March 2026 when I made payment to them by bank transfer
