It was just ok. Did send emails of part and vin details etc. which I'm not sure were read and the incorrect part was supplied (not necessarily nissangenuine error but had to return part which was a bit of a flaff.
Could do better with communications.

Great price for a discontinued part at least in the USA
Discontinued part arrived at my door (UK to the USA) within a month of placing the order. Weather stripping for my S30 was discontinued a while ago, stores with old stock were charging about double what I paid for at Nissangenuine.com, they said they could get the part in a month or two and I figured it was worth a shot. Part arrived at my door within a month. Not old stock either, the bag had stamping showing it was about 2 months old from manufacture. Outstanding!

My parts were supposed to be shipped out within 2 days and a month later I still can’t get a reply. DO NO BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Micra K11 - bottom engine support mountings
Found parts for my Micra to cure a knock (Bottom engine support rear bushes) although they're rarely mentioned anywhere else! Checked with Mike at Endon that they were indeed the correct ones. Parts arrived quickly, and now fitted curing the problem. Genuine parts are not cheap, but considering the cost of buying a new car there's no comparison. Would definitely use this company again.
