had an a problem with server of a game and got very good and fast service from agent
-Edin K.
im renting servers from many platform
but here got a nice service
thank you
Sergio made my experience well worth the wait. he immediately figured out my problem and was able to resolve all of my issues!
Ok for small vanilla server. Errors take a day or more to fix by support and often you might be "locked out" of the panel and service all together. Performance is avarage at most. Price is a bit high for the service level. Changing service level [upgrade/downgrade] will eat up credits much faster.

I attempted to purchase a server hosting from Nitrado and was shunted aside to G-portal.com. I thought it must be an affiliate of Nitrado so continued with the purchase quite confused by that time. I asked would I be able to play the server on my PC with which I use the Xbox app. I was told "You can play on PC" so stupidly purchased the server proceeded to attempt to set it up only to find that without steam I was out of luck. I requested customer service was told to wait while they take care of all their naive customers waiting in line. After about 50 minutes my "waiting" was cut short by the sudden ejection of me from the chat panel and my account being logged out suddenly. I logged in again and attempted to retake my place in line "waiting" for service. I was allowed to rejoin the queue......at the back of the line my wait time now doubled. After waiting an interminable amount of time the same situation happened again and I was forced to rejoin the queue.
I left a scathing email and thinking Nitrado somehow misdirected me I attempted to go back to them and make an account in an effort to ensure they served me and did not shuffle off. Either my IQ is smaller than I was told or their "Registry" really cares nothing for you. My e-mail and a password were requested to "Join" their service no other information was required apparently, They took my email and password and make a fictional character out of me. Asking me little information about myself they determined I was from Berlin and promptly filled in plenty of information not belonging to me also giving me a "Name" of their choosing. They also changed my "Currency" to be used from the US $ to Berlins coinage. My page was now quite foreign. At first I attempted to change the information to my information but was informed I had already "Changed my information too many times."
Wishing to not have Berlin listed as an address connected to my account I decided to delete the account all together in an attempt to fix the situation. I was informed that I had already attempted to delete the account once today and could not do so again.
Strange but I only recall the one attempt to delete that was summarily rejected in the endeavor. Figuring I would have to come back to that I made another account with another email and then used that email to attempt to get an account that was "mine". Rinse and Repeat apparently I was now someone in the UK who also had no relation to me and a "name" I do not recognize nor did I choose said name.
Idiotically I chose to just grimace and bear the atrocity of their registry figuring as I am old perhaps I had missed some queue that would have let me choose to describe myself and put forth my own information and location. I went with it and purchased a server through them after asking if I could play it on my PC with my Xbox app and being told yet again I would be able to play it. My brothers and I searched for hours for the server only to figure out it must be on steam......Again.
I did an Internet search asking How I would be able to play an Ark Survival Evolved server hosted for my brothers and I by some program. The result was that I should download the app from the Microsoft/Xbox store. I did so and asked the question of would I be able to play the server with the Xbox app, was told yes and so purchased the Xbox version as the two previous PC versions turned out to be Steam only. Yes I am an idiot, I may have a 181 IQ but apparently that means I am particularly idiotic not computer savvy. Turns out if I wanted to play that server I was required to have an Xbox so my brothers and I with our PC's and Xbox apps were yet again out of luck being unable to access a server that would not show.
My idiocy is beyond all recognition. I played a bit on the Xbox app with my brother "hosting" the server and us tethered to him with a short leash. After he had gone to bed I was recalling the information I had asked about online. It said that I would be able to pay and play on a server with my PC Xbox app combination should I download the app from the Microsoft Store. I had done so and there was the "other" option of choosing a PC server in the app, my IQ should really be 4 instead of what I was told after testing. Well the fourth time may be the charm, right? Wrong! Apparently even the app from the Microsoft Store requires you download Steam. Well I am done trying anything with Nitrado.net as they do not warn you or give you the proper information when it comes to PC's. $80.00 USD down the drain as they apparently do not refund the money you wasted finding out they will hoodwink you telling you that you can play their servers over and over without ever mentioning the only way you will play is if you download Steam and of course you will have to purchase the game from them for eight or nine times the amount Microsoft and Xbox charge. Another warning about Steam you do not keep anything.

I had an issue with a gameserver not working, after issuing a ticket a supporter (her name is Gabriela Gómez) quickly setup a second server which is working :) Great customer support!
i was struggling with adjusting loot drops on my server, the Bot was sending me around in circles, until I requested to speak to a person, I got connected to Dennis S, I have to start with this guy was incredible with helping me find what I needed with ini files etc, but he was also incredibly patient with me and just all round great guy. Friendly, Patient and most of all REALLY HELPFUL!
Fin was amazing. He was on the ball with everything. It took me longer to type than it was for him to respond. He is appreciated and made it easier than I thought it'd be. Thank you, FIN!!!!!
Server is running good. When I needed info received answer immediately.
Ailssa was very fast and helpful thanks again!
Ali Abadallan helped me out and honestly was quick with the response after the long wait time for customer support
Was all great and smooth! helped me step by step! +A
The servce itself was okay, few glitches when turning the server on/off. Though using it was not too bad.
Company itself, not the best. Wasn't aware that auto renewel is turned on from the start. When it came to trying to refund this it's zero tolerance to refunds if its a renewal which is think is incredibly poor considering i'm now locked into a 3 month subcription i know i don't want to/won't use.

I wanted to have my server location moved from Miami to New York. I was helped with this by Enrique Gracia. He was helpful with his answer to my questions and make it an overall easy experience. Thank you for the help.
Don't increase the ram or they wont refund you. Bunch of thieves.
Provide a crap service. Then, when you up the ram to try and make the performance better and it doesn't work, they wont refund the money. If the specific game doesn't run well on dedicated servers, why sell it? Seems more scammy than anything else.
They hide behind "well that's our policy " Instead of providing a warning when someone is going to upgrade ram.

I signed up for a Minecraft server on 22nd March and expected a straightforward 30-day billing period. My plan was to cancel on the last day if I didn’t need it anymore.
Instead, I was charged for a full renewal in the morning of the 30th day — before my original subscription had even ended. So I was billed again before I had a chance to cancel.
I contacted support thinking this would be an easy fix. It wasn’t. They refused a refund and just repeated their policy, completely ignoring the fact that the charge happened before the billing period had actually finished.
They say the service was “available” for me even if I didn't use the server, but that’s not the point — I hadn’t even entered the new billing period yet, and I never used the renewed time I was charged for.
This feels like a very unfair billing setup that benefits the company at the customer’s expense.
Be very careful if you use this service. Cancel well in advance — don’t rely on the final day — or you might end up being charged like I was.
Would not use again.
Edit: When they replied to look into this specific case again they actually didn't. I had to contact them by myself and still received the same answer. Would not recommend this site.

Had an issue over the weekend whereby the server side version needed to be manually patched. After dealing with a chatbot, I had the pleasure of encountering a hero, Mr. Samuel Miguel who solved my problems with a flick of his mighty wrist and immediately let me know that I could rest easy, he was on the wall guarding us mere mortals! Seriously, superb support from Samuel and his team, especially over a weekend. Very happy customer!
