Ali Abadallan was fantastic. I have to admit, I was ready for a fight, but Ali was great. He was able to handle my issue quickly, and professionally, and more than satisfactorily. Fantastic customer service. The two hour wait could be better, but Ali was nothing but good. Not his fault on the wait.
i had a very complicated issue and man it was killing me, but the support master Alvin s. came in clutch never had a dude work so hard to get my server running sat with me for three hours just to make sure i got it. 10/10 support

He was very helpful, patient, and clear in his explanations. He guided me step by step and made it much easier for me to understand and fix my issue.

The UI and spec is extremely bad; nitrado dosn't display the actual config of the server you choosed.
I've just take a 1 month Sotf sub and with only 3 members at 2 differents location we were having a really really bad experience.
Log were bugged, players and natives were teleporting.
Moreover, the server just took 10 min to restart
Just take a minestrator server

I rented this server because I didn't want to host myself. And what? I paid for premium service. Laggs, issues, crashes, random restarts are far worse than by hosting it VIA THE GAME. Also nitrado makes everything to download the world from their server HARDEST so you can't download it easily to cancel the service. Worst server hosting experience I've seen so far and I've been renting servers here and there for past 15 years.

When it works it works when it dont, nothing works. I had a issue with Windrose server going in a restart loop for 5 hours and counting. Tried getting help from a human, spent 2hours in que, when i was sub10 in que i got disconnected and had to reque again. Seems getting a human answer is realy hard here.
Update after waiting for 10hours to get someone i gave up and now trying to get a refund, getting bumped out of the que to talk to a human when i'm below 10 in line

Ali Abadallan did such a good job listening to me and helping me understand what was wrong with my server give that MAN A RAISE LOL but he really did help and gave me help As soon as he could after waiting hours for somebody to respond im glad he accepted my ticket

I plan on switching maps in my Ark Survival Ascended game and had a lot of questions related to the server. The AI answered them immediately and thoroughly... and also gave me some good advice. It even gave me the location to do a Backup Save of my current map before switching. And even after it answered my questions, it asked for an account number so that it could further assist me, which it did and provided more information on switching maps. I just wish the server site was a little more user friendly because I am a techno-spazz, so this one is mostly on me! But that is why I can Google almost anything and get an answer. As someone who is not very good with the technical side of computers, I was extremely satisfied with how my questions got answered. Thanks Again
Hello I got alot help from Nitrado
I had a connectivity issue and reached out to support. Their Ai support bot was very responsive and didn't shy away from connecting me to a human agent. The connection was smooth and I got in contact with Mark H. and they Instantly identified the issue and resolved it first try. The support seems extremely competent and able to help quickly and efficiently.
Samuel Miguel was awesome!
Server has been running great, then it had an issue and Samuel helped fixed my problem quickly and I am back in the server!
Even with new "early access" service they are willing to find a solution. took like 30min for the expert to figure out whats going on and fix it.
I received attentive and courteous support. The operator, Mr. Armin T., was very patient and knowledgeable in resolving the problem of the rejected password.
I cant believe a company can legally operate in the way this company does they aer absolute robbers the services provided are not fir for purpose at best the customer support is non existent
Its about time bohemia gave another provider a chance because im pretty sure a team of chimps could do better
