When I had a problem with transferring char and dinos, the team were very kind and professional. They explained everything in detail, step by step, which made it easy to understand. I’m very satisfied with the service.
After 6 hours of waiting at least I got a incredibly helpful and patient agent Ailssa. Thank you again for your understanding and help with our cluster and fixing what went wrong promptly without any hassle!
I have opened about 10 tickets about my Lost Colony server issues. I gave up hope about getting answers. However, I have met two absolutely incredible staff within the last week, who gave me answers, so I now don't feel like I have to guess about how to prevent this in the future. I was about to shut down all of my Ark servers because this process and these issues have been SO incredibly frustrating. However, I have now opted to keep them open, because I at least feel like now if I have any other issues, I can get help with it. I hope Nitrado continue to raise their standards, and hire more staff like them two, because they should ALL aspire to be as helpful, personable, and understanding as those two have been. Someone needs to give Samuel Miguel and Edin K. a raise! In ALL my years owning servers, them two have by far been the most helpful. Edin also spoke to me about the issues they experienced with their own servers, which makes me not feel so bad, and that its just a normal part of Ark we have to deal with, as unfortunate as that is. I plan to keep on pushing through, and fighting with Ark servers. Off I go!

Well, we never figured out why the server was not working out properly however the human did do everything in his power to help me and set me up with another server. He was polite and kept the interaction pleasant even though I was having a bad day they did the job and got me back gaming.
I had a great experience with Nitrado support, especially thanks to Gabriela Gómez.
I had been stuck for a while trying to fix a connection issue with my ARK server where players could find it but not join. Gabriela was patient, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the real problem with my server settings that I completely overlooked. She walked me through the fix step-by-step and made sure everything was working before wrapping up.
Her professionalism and willingness to help made a frustrating situation way easier to deal with. Really appreciate the support—thank you again, Gabriela!

Ali Abadallan really helped me out on getting my world back, didn’t ask for a ton of info just gave me access to my world for a few hours so I could download it, helped amazingly quick.
Horrible horrible horrible customer service, after being explicitly transferred to a human representative, brought me to an AI response that was rude somehow which is crazy. They saved my card information without consent and they will charge you an extra time for the hell of it if you choose to host a server for 1 non recurring month. I wouldn’t touch this with a 12 foot pole. I request for them to delete my payment info and I have received no response.

Enrique Gracia from nitrado support listened to my problem in detail and was able to make a gameplan and implement it to resolve the issue i was having. and was able to credit me back all the time lost do to the issue
