Service works well, though not as easy as some other places I have seen for Empyrion (you'll have to tinker with yaml files on your own). But for the price I can't really complain. Customer service was very friendly and helpful.

Response time was quite fast and my problem with the VOIP was solved. Thanks a lot.

I've purchased servers for Minecraft and Terraria and in both cases the experiences was very straight-forward, easy to setup.
Anytime I ran into hitches with either the server itself or billing, the support team always answered very quickly and they should be commended for that.
I highly recommend Nitrous :)

Reliable, sorted out any problems I had instantly. Jordan was very helpful. Easy to host modded Minecraft and no lag at all.

I have been paying for my servers from Nitrous Networks for nearly 10 years and have always found them to have excellent customer service and technical knowledge.

I had a small issue where I was being double billed. I messaged them about the issue with evidence, and they got back to me the same day (on a weekend I might add)

Not only did they resolve the issue they noticed I was making payments to them I shouldnt have been for MONTHS. They refunded what they could, and the rest was credit for their services.

All done within 48 Hours 10/10

My favorite part of NN's service so far has been the amazing staff. I requested a certain addon to be included in the Mod Manager and the team made it available. I asked to have my game server switched to a certain beta branch and they set me right up.

They are so friendly and helpful I just feel like they are excited about the work they do and the service they provide. That means the world to me because I know very little about running a server and NN makes it so easy and enjoyable.

I think their rates are very fair and they are flexible... I just choose however many slots I can afford and it works perfectly for me.

Their TCAdmin panel is simple and robust. I have access to rcon, a command-line editor tool and a file manager, which are the bulk of my needs, but they have more tools as well. I can also connect via FTP if needed. Scheduled tasks, like a nightly automatic restart, are very easy to set up.

I'm not sure what else to say but I'm really happy I found NN. I'll have been with them five years on Jan 29th of this year and I'm looking forward to more years to come.

Their service is cheaper then other services, works wonders, customer service is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

I've had a Terraria server here for about 3 years, I've had amazing experiences with the support staff, I've had the same person help me the entire time and he's always set up my servers extremely quickly

Ive used Nitrous Networks for 5-6 years and never have I ever really had a non easy issue, but when I did the support has always been amazing and gracious..

Imagine my surprise when I bought a Rust server, started getting a lot of issues such as missing files, outdated plugins in their mod manager, steam updating the server makes it more updated than any other rust client can be yet, and I contacted support where they have been unable to help with any of those mentioned issues.

Im honestly dissappointed in the Host more and more, feels like they are losing their touch in this once awesome Host.. therefor 2 stars and not 1, because this was once really really great but the last couple of years they have sunk more and more sadly, especially with their support...

Very happy with the service I received. Jacob was fast and took care of my request perfectly.

I requested a refund and to cancel my service the month before last due to the server not living up to what was requested, they *refused* to refund breaking UK Law. They have now charged me ONCE AGAIN, for another month of service that I did not want.

Untill they refund both of these illegal charges and admit to their mistakes do not trust this company.

Great help to my server, helped provide me with what our server wanted and was able to navigate me to get what we needed. Great help and support.
