Yesterday I decided to try Nitrous Networks, after reading the reviews on TrustPilot and wanting to switch from my previous provider of ARK servers. I spoke to Curtis via livechat first, and he helped me set up a 3 day trial of cluster servers and he was super helpful, answering all my questions in a timely manner and just being really professional.

Curtis also helped me with setting my saved games up properly and getting the mods to work after I wrote a ticket using the ticket submission system.

The customer service has been absolutely outstanding and I'm so happy that I decided to take a chance and switch. I know the servers are pricier than what I'm used to from previous hosts, but I'm getting so much value for the money that it's totally worth it.

As for how my servers are running, everything is running very smoothly (I use 18 mods) and the structures load very fast, unlike with my previous provider where I had to stand still for up to a minute sometimes before I could move at all.

Thanks again for all the help and I'm looking forward to setting up more servers with you in the future!

I have not rented a server since 2014 for minecraft modded, i was a bit confused on how to set it all up again and had a few questions to ask, they were answered really quickly and was really helpful and pleasant!

I was having problems with another hosting agency who were highly rated. There was a minecraft modpack we were looking for that had the latest update that could be installed thru their tool without any hassle. Even after buying their service pack they took an extended amount of time to respond and they said they would be able to have the update up in 24 hours.

In my search I hopped onto Nitrous Networks website and was greeted by a pop-up chat with their rep Jordan. I explained to Jordan what the issue was with my prior host and noticed that his modpack was also not the latest. Without me even being their customer yet, he made sure to have the modpack updated and on their site in under 15 minutes. They earned an instant customer, and I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future!

Top quality support and never give any hint that they are agitated which I believe they probably do but they deal with tickets adequately and always rapid. Do not hesitate to buy here for game servers and running small-medium applications on their VDS's

Ive used nitrous on and off for a long time i`ve tryed other providers
when a game was not support with nitrous and i can honestly say that these guys care about there rep and there customers

Decent service, a little confusing at first but support are ace and so helpful, they was willing to go out their way and make a video for us, just when we was about to give up, we cracked it thanks to the help from support.

took a little bit to get a first reply but once i did they we're extremely nice and had my problem solved in 5 minutes. im sure they we're busy taking care of 100s of problems before mine so i didn't mind the wait. 100% love the service here

I have used this server for many year on and off with different Minecraft mod packs . The prices are very good and their customer service is excellent. If I have ever had an issue, its simple to raise a ticket and the response time is very good. I would highly recommend this provider.
