Made a perfect wedding gift for my son in law. Looks beautiful.

Unexpected custom duties of 178€ on a 850€ watch (+21% on the total price) without notification neither compensation from the customer services, and more than 2 days to have a response to each email. 15 days to have specifications on a bracelet and to order it. The products are beautiful, but the customer services are not efficient at all.

Beautiful watch (F77 aventurine) . The lugs stick out and the unusual bracelet attachment makes the 'height' of the watch about 50mm. This causes a big gap on my 7" wrist.
If the watch took a standard strap that would be great.

First of all, my watch is gorgeous. I love it! However, I ordered extra straps with my watch that didn't arrive. I contacted customer service and they were very quick and helpful. I had the missing pieces of my order really quickly and they followed-up more than once to make sure I was happy. I love NG watches and will certainly get another in the future due to the fact I know you care about your customers. Thanks!

Fairly easy purchase & Timely delivery, better provide delivery update

I purchased Super Antarctic 32025A - Bracelet Flat Link. I felt that the actual watches were of high quality commensurate with the price and that they had a sincere approach to watchmaking.
Small complaints are that the crown is small and the winding is difficult, I ordered it on May 9th but the shipping was delayed so it arrived on May 30th, and the screw pin of the bracelet was hard and difficult to adjust.

I ordered 2 straps from Nivada Grenchen and received them with no issue. They are both very good quality (black leather rally style strap, and a Bonklip metal bracelet). I never received a tracking number and it did take a few weeks to receive my order, but it all worked out.

Failure in multiple areas. I had to get CC involved.

Case back was loose on arrival and power reserve was less than 24 hrs.

I still have not received my watch. Two weeks ago Marion was going to look into the matter and get back to me.
She hasn’t .
This is the third time I have emailed and not had a reply

absolutely no information regarding customs and taxes. I now have to pay over $100 to FedEx just for customs.

I pre ordered the nivada grenchen F77 Lapis Lazuli and the customer support as the watch are out of this world. If you have a question they are giving you a fast and very polite response to answer every question. The watch is in a phenomenal shape and it feels and wears amazing. I definitely recommend Nivada Grenchen and i will buy some other watches there to.

Got the lapis F77 watch. It is beautiful. Wish they had a date option on this but it wears sleek and low profile. Time is accurate. Love it. A+++ transaction experience with good communication.

Watch is lovely and runs strong. But delivery inside Switzerland took a long time. And displyed price is always without VAT - something we are not familiar with. But again: I really enjoy the Super Antarctic.

Quick-release design of strap is very useful. It permits swapping between a dive friendly rubber / tropic strap and a slightly 'dressier' leather option. Changing the strap can make a watch look very different and more suitable to varying social circumstances.

Just got the custom made chronomaster sea diver and I‘m very happy with it! Especially the customer service was outstanding! My sales assistent Charrishe Noche allowed me to order a custom made watch 2 weeks after the deadline and helped me throughout the whole ordering process. Could‘t be happier! It was certainly not my last watch from Nivada! Thank you all for this great experience.

I've been waiting for months for my watch at Ocarat, they give me a delivery date but still nothing.... catastrophic organization! Never again ! store to avoid!
