Good service, could be a bit quicker.

The wrong watch was shipped. I promptly returned it and still have no shipping information for the replacement watch more than two weeks later. This is after the watch shipped from Hong Kong to US without the proper customs paperwork identifying the source of the watch and its components resulting in a customs delay on the wrong watch. I’m not holding out much hope that the correct watch ships soon or gets through customs smoothly.

Placed an order, after a week got no information on shipment/an ETA of when they'll ship. Sent multiple customer service request to find out. Got one response that they will look into it and then was ghosted. Asked for multiple updates and still nothing all while I was charged in full for my order. Never experienced worse customer service in my life. AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER!

The attention was excellent at all times. Pending procedures. The only detail is that shipping to the USA is complicated.

I had bought a Nivada Grenchen Super Antarctic 3.6.9 some time in 2023. This year I noticed a manufacturing defect on the hands (these things can happen). It was pretty much not visible to the naked eye, but under magnification it was visible that corrosion might be setting in. I took a super macro photo of the watch hands and wrote an email with photos to Nivada Grenchen customer service. I received an answer within about 30 minutes. After evaluation of the photos N.G. asked me to send the watch to them for replacement and provided me with a FedEx address sticker for free of charge shipping. I dropped the watch off at FedEx and after about 2 weeks it became clear that FedEx had lost the shipment. Throughout the shipping period N.G took care of contacting FedEx to trace the shipment, but unfortunately they could not locate the package. Nivada Grenchen then contacted me to chose a replacement model of the 3.6.9 and my choice was the same watch I had purchased before. One week later I received a brand new watch free of charge delivered to my house via FedEx.
Now that being said, I write this to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding customer service they provided during the warranty exchange of my Nivada Grenchen Super Antarctic 3.6.9. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a seamless experience truly exceeded my expectations and I am deeply appreciative of their efforts.
From the moment I reached out regarding the issue with my timepiece, N.G. handled the situation with such care, clarity, and promptness that it put my mind at ease. Navigating warranty claims can sometimes be daunting, but their thorough communication and consistent updates reassured me throughout the process. Every interaction with them reflected not only the high standards of Nivada Grenchen, but also their personal commitment to providing the best customer experience.
I am particularly grateful for how efficiently they facilitated the exchange, ensuring that my Super Antarctic 3.6.9. was replaced. It's clear that they understand the passion we customers have for our watches and they approached my case with that same level of attention to detail. The products and presentation are wonderful and I believe great value for money, however the international shipping process was very frustrating, taking nearly three weeks. Paperwork errors and various delays within FedEx created uncertainty about if and when the package would arrive. These are things the typical consumer, such as myself, are not familiar with or prepared to handle. Finally, with persistent calls to FedEx and coordination with NG's various partners, the issues were resolved. Customer service was very patient and helpful, although the delays in communicating with the various time zone differences made the process likely take even longer. In short, some of these delays could be avoidable with more streamlined paperwork, faster/more predictable shipping service, and/or fulfillment from stockists closer to the destination. My appreciation to customer service for finally getting me a product and resolution I'm happy with, and now I can enjoy this beautiful watch!

Great, efficient and... great again.

Recently purchased Antarctic 35mm and found a speck in the dial. I’ve been emailing customer service since 7 days ago. And I have to say Nivada g. has one of the worst customer service in the watch industry. Every other day I have to email for updates and still no effort to address my issue.

Great products.Innovative design and great finish.My two complaints as always is the website needs to be updated as it hangs perpetually.In this day and age there is no excuse for a substandard website.Second complaint is lack of communication regarding delivery of preordered pieces.

I have to say that I am not so sure of the watch just yet. Finish is excellent and it looks lovely but I have had issues with the mechanism. First wind gave it 10-13 winds and then the spring locked and could not be wound any further and the second hand stopped moving after about 10 mins. Followed some online advice just to shake the watch and then pull the winding mechanism and let it go. Did that a few times and resolved. This has happened again once and the watch has run down short of the 36hrs in a few occasions when sitting and not being worn.

Its an awesome watch. I have had it for about a week and i'm totally satisfied. I did get charged duty by the courier. It would be nice if thus could be paid up front.

Love the reissues coming out lately. The functionality and proportions are amazing. I can't wait to get my next watch soon!

Just disappointed in their service. Sent them several messages via email and IG and they never replied. Imagine if I had an issue with my watch... Don't expect them to help at all

I bought a 35mm Antarctic during the presale in the end of 2023.
I received it a few months ago.
Looks great, works quite well.
Except for the crown. It is slippery and it is hard work to wind it.
I let the company know this may 2024.
Their solution was quick and responsive. They wanted to check it out in Hong Kong and they would sent me FedEx-info to ship it late may.
Late may I went on vacation. I let them know, and they(Nivada) would send a FedEx-order again, after returning from vacation.
And after coming back from vacation 10 july 2024 I sent Nivada 4 e-mails with their data/numbers with the request to send me the FedEx-data to ship the watch towards Nivada in Hong Kong. So far, still no answer from Nivada.
How sad.

PS Interesting, two hours after I sent this message, I got an answer, by mail, from Nivada. Hopefully it will end up okay.

Today, 26 july 2024 I brought the watch to a FedEx-store, after receiving a FedEx-mail with shipping instructions( free) a couple of days ago. Things go well now.

Today, 1 august 2024, the watch has been received in Hong Kong, free of charge.

Today, 7 august 2024, no messages from Nivada. They promised at 2 august to come back to me, if the watch has been received by their Repair Center.

Today, 13 august 2024, I received a message that my watch is ready. They repaired something(?). They are shipping it in a few days to me.
So far, so good.

Today, 14 August 2024, I received FedEx information that the watch will be delivered next wednesday, 21 August 2024. Thanks to Nivada.

Today, 20 August 2024, I received my 35mm back home. In good order, no payments by me. And there is a new crown installed, bigger and a bit rougher. And the inside of the watch runs smooth.

I have not seen the watch yet. My brother went to fetch it for me at the store in Geneva, and it was delivered with the wrong bracelet. I asked for the black beads of rice and it came with the black racing strap.
So it now has to go all the way back to the factory and I shall have to wait for another, I don´t know how long.
What a drag!

Could not be happier with the product or the customer service! Highly recommend this brand.

This my first time to buy watch. The website is very helpful and will detailed. The payment methods is easy. I can’t evaluate the shipping process since I don’t received my watch yet.
