Maris is outstanding!

Maris responded quickly to my issue. He practically had to hold my hand through the problem and was very courteous and helpful at all times. I appreciate all he did to help me to get my Nixplay back up and running.

The battery died and after being…

The battery died and after being replaced, the frame was not working and it was very frustrating. I emailed the company and Par did an amazing job calming me and taking care of the issue very professionally and with a great big smile.

Impossible to cancel subscription in…

Impossible to cancel subscription in iPhone app - cancel brings up a modal screen that says Show me the offer (to stay) and below the text No, thanks! - but the text is not selectable. Now they have autorenewed and charged me.

Maris was very patient

Maris was very patient and knowledgeable. At my age I am not a tech kind of person so it took several emails to fix my problem with our frame. Maris was kind as well as giving me several ways to find what I needed.
Maris helped me fix my problem without frustration. I think I now understand what to do next time. Thank you for all the support. Span of service time was late March to early April.

Martin dealt with questions and provided great service answering all my questions. Yesterday I dealt with JD and was confused on what I needed to do. He closed the chat a few times and pushing me to email with a tech.

Fantastic service

Maris seemed dedicated to finding a resolution to my problem. It took some back and forth but Maris' efforts are really appreciated. My issue is resolved and Nixplay is lucky to have Maris on staff!

Issues sorted out quickly efficiently

Love the frame. The subscription package for Nixplay Plus is a decent price and offers good value. Had a slight issue with the annual payment and some confusing emails but Joe sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend. Bought one for my elderly mother so that she can sit and watch her memories

Ordered one in anazon and it was great

Ordered one in anazon and it was great. No need to print and buy a frame for photo just quick upload and you can choose on your photo. The delivery was fast and the customer service is quick response thanks to monica and team for helping me such a big help and good deals for nix play frame thank youu !!
