Excellent tech support
I prefer talking to someone on the phone; however communicating on Gmail was excellent. With different instructions recommended I tried each one and they did not work. Par was very helpful and experienced. I could understand exactly what to do. The last thing he suggested was to buy a new remote on Amazon and sent me the link for the correct one. It worked & I was delighted.

My frame works really well
My frame works really well. Customer Service is awesome! They even provided easy steps to set up my frame using mobile data. I love the quality, and the pictures look clear and sharp. Uploading pictures is very easy with my app. I would definitely recommend this frame to my friends, and I’m excited to get a new one for my sister, so we can share photos anytime and view them on our coffee table, even when we are in different states.

Extremely poor - Becoming like other subscription services
Extremely poor. We purchased our first frame a few years ago and it was great! Easily select photos, edit them and upload them to the frame. They have recently updated the app and i spent about an hour selecting over 200 photos, continued to the next step (where you would edit them to fit) but the functionality has now gone. I had to upload them and then open each photo individually, crop it, click the tick, then save, then wait, and then back to the gallery and try to find where you got to because the photo goes back to the top as its technically the most recent. Also their new subscription model is awful, they have moved away from something that was great to just like other services where they charge more and deliver poor experience. Your better off with a normal digital photo frame, where you put photos onto an SD card and then put that into the frame. Save yourself the expense on another monthly subscription and expensive frame. I reached out to the support and they said the feature had been requested to be moved to after you have uploaded - why would you not want to be able to edit the photos before upload???

I thought I was having issues with my Nixplay photo frame but it turned out to be operator error (me). But Nixplay customer service was very responsive and provided me with excellent step-by-step instructions to be able to upload photos. Nixplay is a quallity operation with a quality product I would highly recommend.

JD knew how to explain the steps needed to correct the problem and laid it all out for someone who does not know how the technology works. I didn't even realize I had 2 problems until the first solution didn't fix everything. They kept coming back to ask if everything was working right and listening to my problem. They have excellent customer service!
Saved the day
My mother had forgotten all her info in relation to the Nixplay unit I had bought for her a few tears back and had stopped using it. I contacted the help desk at Nixplay and they got back to me very quickly and walked me through the needed steps to get everything back up and running. She is extremely happy and has already begun adding more current images to her library from family and friends . She has it running all day, every day.
I could not login into my account, got in touch by email with Nixplay , got an answer right away, and after few tries and erreurs , got back on line . Joe was super , I am very happy with the service

Very impressive digital frame and customer service
We have been very happy with our Nixplay W10F model digital frame. The device was easy to set up and, after a little help from a very responsible customer service rep named Martin, we have been able to download pictures from our PC as easily as we do from our iPhones. Our model has enough storage for our needs and displays our pictures clearly and beautifully.
