I contacted Nixplay with an issue regarding my subscription which turned out not to be an issue at all. They explained what was and would happening with my account and addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. I’ve been very pleased with the Nixplay products and have even given them as gifts. I am glad the customer is good and they support their products with great customer service. I first spoke with Lou via the Chat option. I was very frustrated, but Lou handled it well and escalated it once he exhausted everything he could do. Cy finished addressing my concerns via email and answered my questions in a friendly and efficient manner. I am happy to continue using this company’s products and their subscription service.
Great Customer Service by Kit!

My wife and I received a gift frame from our daughter for Christmas. She provided us with a Gift Code and my wife’s associated email. I went back and forth with tech support since Christmas Day. The frame gave no spot to enter a gift code and neither did the software app it told me to download to a smart phone. The help page had categories to add a gift frame album, but did not have options for redeeming a gift code. Finally I got an email back from Kit who gave specific easy to follow directions and also told me to update my app software to version 3.71.3 . Once I did the upgrade from 3.71.1 to 3.71.3 it had a place for me to enter the gift code! The update had just been added to the App Store 14 hours earlier. I guess the squeaky Wheel gets the oil. Anyway Kit was great and I very much appreciate his professionalism and customer service. Well done, Kit!

Joe patiently stuck with me over several days while we tried to remedy my problem via email. I bought a Nixplay frame for my father-in-law so he could enjoy seeing his first great-grandchild grow up. I thought I had the frame set for him to just plug it in, connect to wi-fi and turn it on. However, somehow somebody else had paired to this frame and it would not allow us to. Joe attempted to contact the person paired to our frame but was not successful. He was able to unpair this mystery person and work with me, while I worked with my FIL who is in a different state. We finally got it resolved!!

Correspondence and Caring for a 4 Year Old Product
The firm or its representative regularly emailed me until the problem was resolved. If it wasn't for Par's courtesy then I would not have had the patience to actually fix the problem. He is to be commended.
I bought the product four years ago, and it did not matter. It was a pleasant experience.
Digital Picture Frame 10.1"
I have the digital picture frame 10.1". I find this to be a solid product. I have been able to share family photos with mom easily. No issues thus far. I have the Basic sharing plan which suits our needs. I can easily transfer photos from my Pixel Phone to the frame using the app. I can add, remove, or rearrange photos. The frame itself is of good quality. I haven't needed to contact the company for support because everything has worked as expected.
Product and Support the Best
We have had our NixPlay frame for several years. It’s easy to load pictures and so much fun to watch all the various ones pop up. We recently noticed that the frame was not displaying the new pictures. I reached out to the support center via email. The response was quick and they were able to identify the issue. I received directions on how to correct the problem. Truly an outstanding product with the best customer support. You can not go wrong with the purchase of a NixPlay frame.

It's so easy to set up and the display looks really nice. I highly recommend buying it as a gift for friends and family.
Overprized and not thrustworthy
The Company is not trustworthy and overprized. First sells you an expensive frame with free cloud storage, then changes to an pay-to-play Model and you have to pay even more!
