The packaging is very great..the frozen foods came with ice packs so everything was still fresh and the delivery was made on time too just as it was promised. Great service- good value for money and the stuffs are very affordable too. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Overall good quality products
Overall good quality products, however there always seems to be an inconsistency with the plantains. I can select yellow - ripe and get plantains that are either light green or very ripe.

Poor state of ordered food items
I ordered fresh oha, ugwu and uziza. Most of the leaves were decayed. This left hardly anything good to cook with. Very disappointing.
The frozen goat meat arrived fully defrosted. I was forced to cook it immediately, instead of freezing for future use, as I had planned to.
Update - please read, fellow customers:
After I posted the above review, the following day, I was contacted by the owner of Niyi’s. He apologised profusely, promised to look into the issue, and I was issued a refund.
I want to commend Niyi’s for the immediate response and quick resolution of the issue.
Great customer service cannot be overrated. Thank you.

I found that all Niyi's products are of…
I found that all Niyi's products are of a high standard, their services are excellent, quick, and fast delivery. The only thing is I think the system at times does not show exactly the color of the product as they are, which I believe could also be rectified, besides that every other thing are perfect as well as their customer service.

The experience was very good, the items were delivered on time, the only thing was , I was expecting the Fish, to be cut into 3 or 4 pieces, there was no options as to how you would like the fish.

I would have given you 5 stars but the box was small for so many mangoes - it should have been larger & flat & mangoes not on top of each other as it caused some to get indented & softened more than they should, but they were still delicious
