I'm still waiting for my deposit, other car rental companies give back money in 1 or 2 days. Also I booked over DoYouSpain and when I was in your office to take the car I was proposed a new deal directly from you for different price, I still didn't get back my money from first booking.

Horrible experience. The cars are screeched and dented. They want to make money from extra insurance or fining you for new marks they try really hard to find. Give yourself a favour and go somewhere else

The car is very nice, but overall the experience is very poor.
We end up paying a lot for 5 days of rental because we do not have a credit card, we only have debit card and that s a problem
I have even filled a complaint because we paid 150£ for the car with the highest level of insurance on the planet cars rental website, but when we got here we had to pay an extra 150€ on top because they said the insurance on the 3rd party site won t cover us if we do not have a credit card.
I would not recommend to anyone, just stay away, try other companies.

Fast and professional approach at the check-in of the rental car. Friendly and not overburdening.

So, nizacar gave me a car. I had wanted the cheapest Fiat 600 with my own risk, but when I arrived they gave me a practically brand-new Mercedes A180 with only 5 kilometers on it. It had not been washed, although inside it was clean.
I drove the car for 200 kilometers and stopped once in a parking area where the car was alone. When I returned it for inspection, they found a tiny spot on the rear door, about 1.5 millimeters by 1.5 millimeters, where a small piece of paint had chipped off. During the pickup inspection there had already been various tree seeds on the car as it hadn't been washed. The damage was impossible to see, but when I came to the return inspection, they specifically brought over the same girl who had handed me the car and upgraded me, and at that point I just felt like I had been set up.
It felt like some kind of distraction or trick, and I ended up having to pay 350 euros to repair that tiny little spot. It left me with a really bad feeling. I truly felt upset about it.

Shuttle pick up was prompt to the rental site. Paperwork was handled efficiently enabling us to get on our way within an hour of landing at Málaga.Car was clean and slightly larger than booked.

Dear Sir or Madam,
the service while picking up the car was not very friendly and profesional. The car had several more damages and I asked twice for an inspector to note the details but your staff justed replied to take same photos.

Dont Rent here if you want to be able to leave the car for early flights. They charge 40€ extra and they don’t have any flexibility at all.
The rest of the serious companies at Malaga airport have a key drop service with no extra charge 24h.

I decided to take the full insurance waiver package. The agent told me it would be €45/day so I accepted. I was not given any paperwork. The agent told me that because I have taken the extended waiver, he would upgrade my car free of charge. I was told the documents would be sent to me in an email. That evening I received the email and when I opened it I had been charged for the upgrade as the part of €45 per day. I was charged €10 per day plus tax. I did not agree to pay for the upgrade as I was quite happy with a small car when I returned the car I asked to speak to somebody but I was told there are nobody available so I have to send an email to the customer relations I did that on two occasions and nobody has come back to me.

I booked the car via [Rentalcars], including full insurance. Upon arrival at [Niza Cars] in Málaga, I was assisted by an unfriendly representative. She tried to talk me into a new contract, which would require me to pay extra for additional insurance. I made it clear several times that I did not want this, as I had already taken out full insurance through Rentalcars. Despite this, she continued to insist arrogantly.
Additionally, I was supposedly given a choice of three models, but this also turned out to be a way to charge extra costs. The model I chose ultimately cost €10 extra per day.
My impression is that they use all kinds of tricks to make customers pay more, despite the fact that I repeatedly indicated that I did not want any extra costs or changes to my original contract through Rentalcars.

BE AWARE IF YOU ARE RENTING FOR LONG TRIPS.. Since there is a 0.49€ IVA (TAX) included for every kms you go past the limit then give you that are 300 a day. There’s no where in the website that states this so make SURE you read the users “agreement”.
IS A RIPOFF!!
We booked online (no where states the km you’ll get per day) paid 259.74€ for 6 days and gave us 1800 kms and made us pay 404€ extra because we went over the limit by 800km. That was almost double the original renting price.
So at the end of the day a 6 day booking cost us 663,74€ that’s an astonishing 110,62€ a day.
SO KEEP IN MIND THAT IS BETTER PAYING 3 EXTRA DAYS THEN 800 extra kms.
RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!

Edit 1: Dear Niza Car, I wait at your disposal for you to refund the fee that you charged beyond my agreed upon rental costs. I say this sincerely: it’s the absolute minumum you could do to make this right.
Original review:
They requested a document on site I was required to secure locally before traveling, but didn’t notify me the document was required during booking so they sent me to a fraudulent website to create a fraudulent document, that cost 100 euros. Then, they couldn’t accept my card at the required deposit rate. They could only accept a smaller deposit with a 68 euro fee that isn’t refundable. They said my bank was declining the higher charge. I talked to two people at my bank who said the charge was not rejected by the bank and shouldn’t be a problem. Then, when the bank confirmed the transaction shouldn’t be a problem, the car company said it was because of politics my card couldn’t be charged a higher amount. As soon as they charged the amount that required a fee, the transaction was immediately accepted. All of that happened after their shuttle that runs every fifteen minutes picked me up after I waited 45 minutes. I lost a whole vacation day booking with this company.
