Poor service

I have hired cars from you on a number of occasions and have always recommended you to my friends. However today for the first time when we got to your depot it was very disorganised and I had to wait for 1 hr to get the car. Only two people were working on the desks with a lot of customers like myself waiting to be seen.

It is a scam

It is a scam. They rip you off trying to find scratches and damages. They then charge you extra. I was attacked physically by the old woman making the inspection. They know you have a flight to catch. All others also jumped and refused the bus transfer back to the airport

All nice and simple used then twice…

All nice and simple used then twice last year easy from airport no big waiting times and extended holiday last year and they where able to extend a rental for me so no complaints at all , last year I booked through third party and there was a situation with the insurance so last 2 times I’ve gone direct and much easier

issues with the payment process

Service was great, the car is good but it's AC is only cooling down, unfortunately you can not fine tune. I had issues with paying with a credit card from Revolut, card machine was not accepting my card aldo I had more then 4k available funds of credit and no restrictions on it. When I paid with Google pay no problems but when I would use the physical card payment machine would should card not supported. If I knew that before booking it would be helpful and I might make different arrangements.

All was really good

similar and you are offered at arrival a Dacia Logan ?? (Same category??) But as always you can get, with some extra money, a better car.. it's a trick for getting some extra money. As always Niza has very nice new cars and good service. But these small tricks should not be necessary.

The person who received us was very pushy about taking out additional insurance. He was impolite and became arrogant.

Everything worked out well

Everything worked out well. The car was clean and very nice. The only downside was that we had to wait quite a while for the shuttle at the airport and didn't know when we could expect to be picked up.

No reaction to violation of GDPR

Emailed them three times that someone else used my email (same name as me, possibly a small mistake in email address) and asked them to double-check the e-mail address that they have been sending emails to. They kept (three times) sending me documentation with personal details of someone else and finally sent me fourth email with a link to give them a review here. So here's the review. Read the emails that I sent you and stop violating GDPR.

One week car hire very attractively…

One week car hire very attractively priced. The bonus then came when the manager who happened to serve us organised a brand new, never rented Seat Ateca.
