I was forced to buy extra options with debit card because they refused my „virtual“ (as they claimed, which was not the case) credit card: a physical card with my name on it, but no numbers. By definition that is not virtual, as by BBVA regulations (unlike other providers like ApplePay), but they did not bother to check this and forced the debit card option plus payment… SCAM
Bottom line: come prepared, either with a physical card with numbers on it, as they might not know the exact difference to virtual cards, or with a challenging them on checking what aspect of security they are looking for (did not help me as the clerk just cited endlessly “we don’t accept virtual cards). This is where legacy and technology clash, mixed with lack of customer service

Niza Cars are simply SUPERB. I have availed of their services for years and use them at least 6 times per year. I arrived in Malaga yesterday evening and as usual, the shuttle bus was waiting. As always, the driver was extremely courteous, I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes and my chosen car was absolutely spotless. I have no connection to Niza Cars, other than being an EXTREMELY satisfied, returning Customer. I am always treated with the highest levels of courtesy and respect and have NEVER had any difficulty with the Company. I find the Staff exceptional, the vehicles excellent, their pricing extraordinary good value and therefore, cannot recommend them highly enough. Certainly, I would never use any other Company and would suggest that anyone else should try them. Thank you!

Niza cars seemed nice at pick up. The vehicle itself had issues upon starting. We drove for 1 day and the battery light came on, power steering started going out so we revved the engine on neutral and charged up the battery then called roadside. Niza car hung up on us after 30 minutes of being transferred and waiting. After returning the car turns it thru charged us $125 euros more than the so contract price. The fraudulently added insurance each day without telling us. They emailed us an invoice and when we checked the invoice, it caught us totally off guard.

My experience with Nizacars was honestly horrible. The car was handed to me dirty, which I pointed out immediately. The staff offered to clean it, but I was in a rush and couldn’t wait. When I returned the car, there was just a small milk stain in the trunk. I had purchased full insurance, and I even told the agent I could clean it if needed. He told me not to worry, especially since I had full coverage, and it was a very busy day.
However, after I got back home to Finland, I was shocked to see a €100 charge for that same issue. I tried contacting Nizacars customer service, but I received no response at all.
Very disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend them.

Man who picked us up was nice. Staff on site slow and rude. Massive queues and no rush or customer service. Spanish customers brought forward in the queue who arrived later either because they were Spanish, or happened to be Spanish but had bought Niza car insurance. Didn't care that I'd bought an insurance policy at the time of booking, pressed to buy theirs as well. No explanation of existing damage, email sent the next day with no chance to dispute.

Great experience and outstanding value for money. The staff member at the counter (apologies, I forgot his name) was exceptionally helpful and easy to deal with. We rented a van for our family with three young children, and everything ran smoothly - including three perfectly fitting child car seats. Highly recommended.
