I failed to see a pipe stuck in the ground while parking, resulting in a minor dent on the front panel of my car. No big deal. A few days later, I was informed by my repair shop that the minor dent would cost $1,500 to fix. I filed the claim. Claims rep was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. She reminded me that I had coverage for replacement car rental. She OKed the repair work, the shop ordered the parts and the work was completed when the parts arrived!

No support when you are in a accident and have to go through the claim process.Also they jacked up my price even though I was in a no fault accident

Following up on my previous review from 4 days ago to say "RUN, RUN, RUN from NJM"!!

Sent an email per the follow-up from Joe, no response.

Sent another round of documents to NJM to prove I have not had any lapse in coverage over the last 6 months and still they say it is not good enough.

I recently had a severe water damage claim where my vehicle was totaled. It was a traumatic experience for me, but NJM did a magnificent job in helping me navigate through the process. They were very responsive, professional, and compassionate, and listened to me throughout the process. The claims adjustment process was very expeditious, and the property damage representative, Alex, was very responsive, courteous, and professional, patiently answering all my questions. The settlement amount I received for the car was very reasonable. NJM did a terrific job, and I'm very glad that they are my insurer.
