NL Adapter 

This company is terrible. The order was late thus I cancelled it and I cancelled PayPal's payment. However, because NLAdapter went ahead and delivered the item nonetheless, PayPal debited my account. Upon receipt of the item I requested a return label, but I am being ignored. Shameless.

I ordered an "original LG" adapter and they sent me a generic Chinese knock-off, it was also the wrong color. Don't order here.

They sent me the wrong adapter. Since then Ive been in email contact with them to send me the right one, but they either want me to buy a new one or resend the wrong one. The shipping costs to send it back is more than what I paid for it... The emails seem to be bot generated, so they just keep writing me the same thing. In the end I ended up paying for an adapter that I cant use. Very unhappy with this webshop.

Not good at all.. low standards by this company. Not recommend.

On the website says: if you order today you'll get your charger tomorrow.
Then I find out that it comes from China.
Very unrealistic and fooling website.

no information about the shipment from China. I got a 40W power supply instead of a 60W. After many annoying emails. offered a 1 € discount or sending back to China for my cost exceeding the adapter price. I do not recommend. I professionally repair laptops and I know that a weak adapter will eventually burn out. they avoid taxes by sealing the original manufacturer's logo.

Total scam!!! Misleading website that makes you think you're buying from an NL company but it's all coming from China and taking forever. When you contact costumer service you get answers that doesn't make any sense, no help at all. A big waste of money and time!

Selling Chinese adapters, it's not original. I bought one and it burned down the moment I was using it,

Never got the Adapter. This was caused by dhl error, but the company never made an effort to fix the problem.

Very misleading site, adapter had to come from China and in contrast to what it said on the site, it definitely isn't an original unit (though they did a lackluster effort to make it look like one). They even said it would be delivered by DHL when it was fulfilled by a completely different company. In all fairness, they did deliver an adapter, but I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone

Awful! It took a month til i recieved my order & it didn't fit to my laptop as the ad sais. When ordered it will be shipped from China. Please do not order on this site!

Don't ever buy here. Delivery super late when their website claims 5 days. Instead it comes from China and they don't even know where it is. Customer service works with Google translate.....I wanted to cancel my order but it's not possible despite the delay and I checked how to return it but it seems a lengthy and expensive process. Bottom line: don't buy here!

Terrible. I received a different charger to the one I ordered, and it does not fot my PC. They have also not responded to my complaint.

I really don't think this is normal! as happy as I was that I could order from you, you dropped me after I wanted to return it. you barely respond to my messages, you don't care about other people's money at all !! you also do not state that returning costs 25 €, which is almost as much as the charger itself !! I will advise against ordering from you !!! it also took almost a month before I received my product. bad!

I ordered a laptop adapter on nl-lader.store on March 10, 2019. It arrived 9 days later directly from China.

There are several major issues with this store:
1) The website mentions delivery within 2 days. It took 9 days
2) The store is based in China - the name is very misleading on purpose
3) The adapter I received is NOT the one that I ordered, altough their website says "We guarantee that the descriptions on the website are same as the products themselves". The adapter I received is the same brand, it is compatible with my laptop, but it's a totally different model. I ordered a light travel adapter and received a regular one.
4) I contacted the seller about this issue. He seems to find that it's ok since it works with my laptop. At some some he offered to reimburse half of the cost but he no longer replies to my emails.

I just submitted a paypal claim. (update: Paypal decided in my favor and forced nl-adapter to pay me back entirely for the charger!).

Bottom line: very unreliable. A waste of time and money. Avoid
