Not so bad after all....
I ordered an original Asus adapter for my laptop. The site mentioned delivery within 2 days but after a week still no delivery. As I received a dodgy reply to a suggestion I made to their website, I became suspicious of being conned. When I saw the negative reviews in trustpilot I worried even more and wrote a strong e-mail to refund my purchase amount within 2 days. Again a dodgy reply to my mail that didn't make sense. Surprisingly two days later I received my adapter as ordered! Although their customer communication can be improved, my judgement was too soon as they delivered as ordered. So after all no reason for me to doubt the good intentions of NL adapter store.

I ordered an original Asus adapter for my laptop 9 days ago. I didn't receive any order confirmation and started wondering whether I had been conned. After two days I received a mail that my order had been shipped with a tracking number. Today the package arrived and did contain the adapter. Works very well. Overall: very low price for my new adapter.

Not recommendable at all
I normally don't review much cause I'm often satisfied with the products I end up purchasing. Nevertheless, this was not the case. I originally ordered a 130 watt USB-C adapter for my Dell XPS 15. The delivery took longer than expected, and to top it all I received a 90 Watt copy of the product. This is not good at all since the website offered an original Dell product. Not satisfied at all with this purchase.

I contacted Trustpilot after finding out that NL-ADAPTER.COM is using their logo as a warranty. It's not a legitimate logo. Look at the Dutch Opgelicht and Radar websites to get more info on this and similar tricks from Asian companies that scam us.
