I did not receive my package, and when I tried to contact the customer service, I couldn't send the e-mail to the dutch address. Bad costumer service.

Nice wax
Nice wax, I have extremely sensitive skin and I didn’t have a reaction to it! And it smells really nice too. Only thing that could be a bit better is the elasticity of the wax once it’s cooled down. It breaks sometimes when you try to wax it off. But if you apply a thinker layer that problem is solved as well.

My order got here really fast, despite these crazy times.
The wax is a real nice product, but I won't be using it on my legs. Still too painfull and you'll use an entire sachet for both legs.. (at least, in my case)

Removed hairs but with side effects
The wax took many hairs out, but not all of them even after I repeated the process several times. First patch caused bleeding. The removed hairs did not come back for about 2 weeks, but of course new ones grew. If you really want this to work you have to commit and use this often. Oh and it definitely isn't painless...
