I did not receive my package, and when I tried to contact the customer service, I couldn't send the e-mail to the dutch address. Bad costumer service.

Super happy, best purchase I could've made for my waxing experience!
I've been waxing since I was a teen, and have always wanted to try one of these!
Where I'm from (Southeast Asia), I would typically pay someone to wax my bits for me, but it's way too expensive in the Western World to do so every month.
Glad I found this cheaper alternative, makes me feel a little empowered sometimes too.

Works fine, easy to use! Would be nice though to receive some kind of instructions on how to dose the wax for each part of the body since they don't recommend heating the same wax twice.

it worked :)
it worked okay, the hairs on my leg were to small to wax. but on my face and bikini it worked really well.
But on my face i got a really weird reaction. tonsss of pimples and rashes. while im not allergic. do not know if it was the wax or the aloe vera gel?
overal till now it worked.
so many hairs came of. still figuring it out hahah
